Outstanding property and fabulous host

The property is an excellent, spacious place to stay and all of the fixtures and fittings are very high standard. Location was perfect for us - Super U is 30 seconds walk away while it was a 5 minute stroll down to the village and seafront. The availability of bikes were a great bonus as well. I would highly recommend staying here. And a special note about Laurence - she was a fabulous host and went above and beyond to help me and my family when something went wrong (nothing to do with the property). We are truly grateful.

Amazing!

All I can say is this place is fabulous. The pictures don’t even do it justice. It’s a very spacious, fully equipped house. The back terrace/patio is perfect for evening drinks and conversation. It has everything you could possibly need. It’s a very short walk to a grocery store, and a short walk down to the center and shoreline where there are several restaurants (even shorter if you take advantage of the several bikes on the property). It’s a small community, which, at least for the beginning of June, was very quiet and peaceful. However, it’s an easy drive to some of the key sites such as Mont Saint Michelle, Omaha Beach, various military cemeteries, Granville where the Christian Dior museum is located and many châteaux (approximately an hour through beautiful landscapes). Our hosts, Laurence and Stephanie were fantastic, very responsive and checked on us throughout and offered suggestions of their favorite places. I can’t say enough about this place. If you were looking for a peaceful holiday, that’s not in the hustle and bustle of a very touristy area, this is it. I will definitely visit again.

Wir haben, als 5 köpfige Familie, im Haus verbracht. Es ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Sauber und hervorragend ausgestattet. Die Lage ist super. Man ist innerhalb von 2min beim Supermarkt. Auch zum Strand ist es nicht weit. Die Vermieterin ist kontaktfreudig und antwortet schnell bei Rückfragen. Wir haben eine wunderschöne Zeit verbracht. Vielen herzlichen Dank.

Magnifique villa rénovée très agréable en famille !

Très très belle villa, avec pièce de vie spacieuse et agréable pour une famille, et extérieur parfait pour profiter des beaux jours ! 2 chambres au rez-de-chaussée, dont une suite parentale, idéale pour les parents. Equipement complet, vélos inclus pour promener dans Agon et ses environs. Décoration en adéquation avec le thème de la mer et mixée avec goût. Chiens acceptés ce qui était bien sur un plus pour nous. Et juste à côté du magasin pour les petites courses. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour avec de la chance côté météo. Laurence est très sympathique et nous a chaleureusement accueillis. Une des rares adresses que nous retiendrons pour poursuivre notre visite de la région ! Nous reviendrons sans aucun doute !

Maison spacieuse et bien équipée. Un bémol : sur les 2 chambres de l'étage qui sont communiquantes. un seul wc accessible par la chambre communiquante séparée par un rideau et la douche au rez de chaussée. Nous avons bien aimé le côté convivial de la partie vie.

Superbe maison et super accueil

La communication avec la propriétaire des lieux « Laurence »est très facile et et très agréable. La maison est superbe, même mieux que la description sur abriter ,il y a tout et c’est nickel. On est vraiment pas loin du centre et de la mer à pied. Il n’y a rien à redire et j’y retournerai avec plaisir . Je recommande . Merciii encore Laurence pour cet accueil . Anne

Tout était parfait, la maison, les équipements, l’extérieur, l’emplacement, la propreté des lieux, les attentions de l’hôte, rarement vu autant de qualité rassemblées pour une location.
