Check-out: 11 AM No late checkouts. ✔ Before checkout: • Place trash in outdoor bins • Place used towels in hamper • Remove used bed linens and place at foot of bed • Do not remove mattress covers
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
1. This is a smoke-free home. Smoking of any kind is NOT allowed on the property. If evident, an additional $350 cleaning fee will be assessed.
2. This is a nice and quiet neighborhood. Please be respectful of neighbors. Absolutely no loud noise, music or parties of any kind are allowed.
3. No illegal activities including but not limited to drugs(including marijuana) underage drinking, use of firearm, fighting, and solicitation.

This house was so beautiful and the neighborhood was very peaceful and quite!! 💙 My family loved every minute of it and when the guys saw the BBQ Grill omg they made me cook (LOL) .. 🤣 WE ALREADY planning to come back 👍👍👍

Worth The Stay

Very nice property. Wonderful location- close to the interstate, restaurants and shopping centers. Check-in was a breeze. When I first arrived to the house, I had no idea on how to turn on the lights in 4 of the bedrooms; therefore, I reached out to the owner. She promptly walked me through it. On the next day, the toilet on the first floor would not flush. I reached out to the owner and she sent her husband to fix it. Not only is the place beautiful and in a nice area but the owner is very helpful.

Cleanliness and awesome hospitality

I was blown away by the level of cleanliness the house had. Definately would recommend this place for relaxation. The host was very helpful and friendly and met every need .

EXCELLENT!!!!!!!!

This was one of the best experiences I've had in an Airbnb or hotel! The property was VERY clean and cozy, location was nice and the communication with the owners was easy. Will definitely recommend and will probably go again just to get away!
