Located 15 km from Ile Rousse beach and 25 km from Calvi beach, in the village of Feliceto, "Casaleca" is a character house located in the heart of the village, offering an unobstructed view of the very pleasant.
The outdoor area is spacious, two very large terraces, equipped with a bread oven, two barbecues, tables and chairs. The swimming pool is private and heated, equipped with solar shower, deckchairs. WC outside.
The house is composed:
a fully equipped independent kitchen and a laundry room (washing machine, dryer) which opens onto one of the terraces.
A large living room with lounge area (flat screen, DVD player, internet access, board games), 3 shower rooms, three bedrooms, two of which have an adjoining shower room. Two bedrooms with 140 cm bed and one bedroom with 2 90 cm beds. Note the presence of 3 toilets, 2 of which are independent.
Among the equipment, everything you need for baby: bed, high chair, activity mat, deckchair, stroller, camera; adult and children's bicycles available. For the elements of comfort, sheets and linen provided, parking spaces in the immediate vicinity of the house.

I would highly recommend this house. The owners were very helpful from when we made the reservation to when we departed. The location is stunning. This beautifully decorated house is spotless and well equipped with everything and more that you could possible need. The heated pool was great it's well kept and in such a beautiful setting. "The owner has created a stylish and welcoming village house. The recent renovation has retained the characteristics of the old house with all the modern conveniences required. The view from the terrace is nothing short of spectacular, and the heated swimming pool a welcome addition. She was a wonderful host - never obtrusive, but always ready with help and local advice when needed."

Lovely Hilltop Village Home

We enjoyed our one week stay at Casa Leca. It was well equipped, had three different outdoor areas and there were a few good restaurants nearby. The pool was nice and warm in June thanks to the heating. There was no shade on the front terrace and the pool parasol is in need of replacement.

Authentisches Dorfhaus in der Balagne

Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen, sogar mit einem Präsent (Wein und selbstgemachte Kekse). Das Haus ist mit antiken Möbeln ausgestattet und hat Charme und Charakter. Der Außenbereich hat viele Sitzbereiche und der Ausblick ist wunderbar. Highlight ist der beheizte Pool! Das Haus ist absolut empfehlenswert, vor allem wenn man einen authentischen Urlaub abseits des Touristenrummels mag.

Sehr schön, etwas abgelegen, aber das hat auch Vorteile. Trotzdem nette Restaurants in der Nähe. Nur das Wetter war leider etwas durchwachsen (viele Gewitter)und somit sind die Sicherungen öfters mal rausgegangen. Der Pool etwas chlorig. Die Besitzerin war sehr nett, konnte aber leider nur Französisch. Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen.

Une maison idéale pour découvrir La Balagne

Nous avons été très bien accueillis par Chantal qui nous a tout de suite mis à l'aise. La maison contient tout ce dont on a besoin. Pas une fois, nous avons manqué de quoi que ce soit. C'est comme si nous étions chez nous. La piscine chauffée a été appréciée des petits et des grands après les journées de visite de cette magnifique Corse. La maison est bien située et nous a permis de visiter la Balagne facilement, à condition d'avoir une voiture. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir dans cette région et dans cette maison 🙂

Wir hatten viel Spass. Die Kinder haben das Baden im eigenen Pool sehr genossen. Das Haus befindet sich im Hinterland, was manchmal ein bisschen umständlich ist. Sehr nette und hilfsbereite Gastgeber.

Unsere Anreise erfolgte nach Verspätung der Fähre ziemlich spät - war auch kein Problem, die Schlüssel wurden uns durch eine Freundin von Chantal übergeben, Chantal selbst kam am nächsten Morgen. Das Haus ist sehr geräumig und großzügig ausgestattet. Die verschiedenen Außenbereiche sind ebenfalls toll, vor allem die vielen Zitrusbäume sind ein Wahnsinn! Wir haben die Woche sehr genossen! Vielen Dank!

Wunderbares Korsikaerlebnis

Wir haben zwei entspannte Wochen in diesem großzügigen Ferienhaus verbracht und die Zeit sehr genossen. Unsere drei Kinder (12, 9 und 4 Jahre) hatten super viel Spaß im schönen, gepflegten Pool mit angenehmer Wasserqualität. Da der Pool tief ist (1,5m), waren wir dankbar, dass es eine kindersichere Umzäunung für den Teil des Gartens gibt, in dem sich das Schwimmbecken befindet. Jeder findet nach Bedarf Schatten oder Sonne, es gibt sehr viel Platz rund ums Haus. Grandioser Blick auf die Berge, über den Gipfeln geht morgens die Sonne auf... Für Ausflüge an die Küste mit dem Auto eine halbe Stunde einplanen. Empfehlenswert ist auch eine Wanderung (400 Höhenmeter) zur Maison du Bandite oberhalb von Feliceto. Fazit: sehr schöne Unterkunft, sehr nette Vermieter!!!

Überragende Unterkunft

Als Familie mit zwei Teenagern (13/15) haben wir den Aufenthalt sehr genossen (WLAN war auch sehr gut… 😏). Das Haus (oder eher Villa) ist riesig, toll gelegen mit herrlicher Aussicht und der Pool hat uns begeistert! Wir haben von hier aus viele schöne Exkursionen in die Umgebung gemacht oder einfach nur am Pool gefaulenzt. Die Ausstattung ist hervorragend und die Räume mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Auch einige nette Restaurants sind fußläufig erreichbar, morgens Baguette und Pain au chocolat Chez Margot. Gastgeberin Chantal hat uns herzlich empfangen, gut informiert und war uns eine gute Ansprechpartnerin. Zusammengefasst eine Spitzenunterkunft, wohin wir unbedingt wiederkommen würden. Merci beaucoup, Chantal!
