Sunny 3-bedroom 2 bath family friendly unit. Tucked away on an end unit in building 1, close to shop, restaurant and beach. Recently renovated and updated with fully equipped kitchen, new second bathroom and updates to bedrooms including smart TVs in every room sure to relax and soothe. Screened balcony with spacious seating. Resort amenities include on-site bike rentals, pools, tennis courts and off-season indoor pool, walking track, sauna and whirlpool. Boardwalk to the beach offers family time with a seasonal shuttle to and from the beach. Island Grill and Deli is right downstairs, and Coco's on the Beach is a must for cocktails and volleyball. This community is on the Hilton Head Trolley route which offers free transportation from April 9 to Labor Day with 20 stops and 3 routes covering the island. All of this in a gated, secured central island location. Come on down!

Cozy little condo that’s perfect for anyone visiting the Hilton Head area. Close to all the beaches and restaurants. You can walk to the beach from on property with gorgeous views. Great for any military graduations as the trip to Parris Island is about 35 minutes away.

The condo was roomy and clean. Liked the decor. A few things you might want to bring if you come - a dust pan. Had a broom but no dust pan so sweeping up sand was a pain. A colander for pasta and kitchen shears if you want them. Two bathrooms which is awesome, but don’t take a shower at the same time. One won’t have hot water. The facility itself Id rate 7/10. It was adequate, but needed updated (painted) and when it rained puddles in the hallways and stairs. The boardwalk to the beach was nice. It’s less than 10 minutes. Very doable

Great time

Our family had a wonderful time. Condo was clean and in perfect location to boardwalk that leads to beach. Great host, responds immediately to your questions. Large pool with great food and drinks! We will definitely be back

Family vacation

We had an excellent time. The host was very responsive and helpful. The villa was a perfect layout for our family with small children and had everything we needed. The location was great and the property had so many great amenities. I would highly recommend a stay there!

Spring Break week vacation

Condo was a great size for our family to spread out and enjoy. Fourth floor unit - we used the elevator a lot for our child with mobility issues; stairs were convenient right outside the door but a lot of walking up as the 4th floor is actually the 5th (Ground, 1, 2, 3, 4). The property was nice. Enjoyed the pools, beach and on-site casual restaurants, which were great for quick and good meals when we didn't want to venture out. The outdoor pool was a bit cold, but we were there in late March. The condo was clean and nice, but a little outdated if that matters to people. It did not matter to us as it was affordable and comfortable. Some small additions would make our experience better, including extra paper products, trash bags, and djshwasher detergent - a couple were provided, but not enough for a week stay. Overall, a wonderful stay - property was just as described and expected. Would stay there again.

Stay at the property

The apartment had everything we needed. Location was great. It would be helpful to have somewhere to hang the towels in the bathrooms, but it is very minor. Other than that the property is on the older side, but met our needs.

Basic

This property is the absolute basic / bare minimum. You need to bring all your own paper products, soap, etc. A lot of lightbulbs were burned out, so you may want to pack a few of those. It feels like anything you would normally find in a rental was left there by previous desperate guests. The AC worked, there was running water, and there were beds. You’ll need to pack-in almost else. This was the cheapest 3 bedroom available and I now know why.

Great vacation condo!

It can be so hard to find a nice 3 bedroom condo, but this was fantastic! Perfect walk to the beach, always love to grab drinks/food at Coco's or at The Beach Bear by the pool. Property was clean, beds were comfortable, would definitely stay again!

Great First Family Vacation

This was my family’s first vacation and our two littles enjoyed everything about the trip! The room was very nice and looked just like the pictures. We knew exactly what to expect before arriving, thanks to the availability of the host and her willingness to answer any and all questions. I hate to say anything negative about our trip but we did have an issue with a rude gate keeper when we arrived. But other than that, this was such a great experience and we look forward to hopefully coming back next year!

Not a lot of time but needed a vaca!

I brought my son, his wife, my grandbaby, my daughter, her husband, and my nephew for a long weekend vacation. I found this condo and immediately booked it because it was by far the most affordable one. When we arrived the guy at the gate was so friendly and in a matter of minutes he verified my identity, gave us our parking passes and map, showed us our building. We were able to drive straight to our building and unload which I loved the load/unload spaces close to the elevator. Our condo was clean and looked exactly like the pictures. The pool was so nice and the people at the café were awesome! Our only complaints were that the beds were a little on the firm side but not enough to ruin our stay by any means and the hall bathrooms tub was slow to drain, also NOT enough to ruin our stay. Nice touch was the black make up wash clothes, super cute. And the shell signing jar was so unique and creative. Thank you for such a great vacation, we enjoyed it so much! Laurie Wallace and family

Girls trip

Had a girls trip with some good friends. The property was plenty of room for the 7 of us (all adults). All the beds were comfortable and there was space for all of us to sit down and eat a meal all at the same time. The property was very clean and was in a great location from the pool and boardwalk. The only thing we all agreed on that could use some improvement were the outlets. Not many of them worked in the property and we had to share. I read a similar review before our stay however, so I brought an extension plug with me and it added to the number of working outlets. All guests that stayed including myself highly recommend this property and are already wanting to return!

Wonderful place

This condo was amazing! Clean and very peaceful.. it was the first time our parents/grandparents came with our family of 5 with kids 7 and under and everyone had their own space but can be together! Kitchen had everything we could need! We had a great time!

Fun beach vacation

This is a fun property. It has everything you need to have a fun trip with family. We enjoyed being able to cook in the kitchen. My kids enjoyed the bunk bed and pool. It was also nice to be so close to the beach. The property was very clean. Some of the outlets won't allow for things to stay plugged in. But there were a couple in the main living areas that were useable. The floors are a little uneven, this doesn't really affect anything, but was noticeable. Loved having TV's in all the rooms. Overall I'd recommend it it!

Great spot for a family vacation

A short walk to the beach and the pool is in the middle of the building. This was perfect place for our family two boys 4 and 7 to stay.

Great facility

It took a minute to get used to the layout. There aren't any directional signs in or on the buildings. Once that was figured out, we had time to notice that the buildings are very well maintained. There are always people landscaping, cleaning, etc. It was nice having bike rental, restaurants and activities on the property. Be prepared to walk a lot!! But the boardwalk to the beach was a very nice/pretty walk. The beach is clean and family friendly. The condo is well decorated and has a nice screened in balcony. The only feedback I have, which i talked to the host about, is that there are not very many working outlets. We had to get creative to change our phones. The master bedroom door isn't hung right, so it won't stay shut. It's a easy fix with a screwdriver! Other than that, it was a very nice trip.
