It will allow you to relax while enjoying a magnificent open view of the pontoon. Located just a stone's throw from the Golf and the beautiful port of Ponant, this functional and well-equipped apartment ensures you spend a stay just minutes from the beach and shops. With an area of 25m2, it accommodates up to 2 people. The bathroom is equipped with a shower and the toilet is separated. The living room with a very comfortable sofa bed opens onto a beautiful terrace and a garden. It is equipped with a TV. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to prepare delicious meals and includes a microwave, a coffee maker, a refrigerator with freezer. A washing machine is also available.Please note that the end of stay cleaning, linen and towels are not included in the price. However if you wish, we invite you to contact us to add these services. A deposit of € 150 for the household and € 500 for the accommodation will be requested on the day of your arrival (sumes not collected or debited, as a guarantee).A collective parking within the residence or at the edge of the golf course will allow you to park your car.As far as the swimming pool is concerned, it will be open subject to sanitary conditions. The Agency is relieved of all responsibilities in the event of a decision by the resident trustee or competent authorities to close the basins.
