Centrally located gem!

Great Location. 8 minute walk to nearest station. Restaurant and grocery store options very close by. The flat itself was immaculate with all of the amenities you could need. Fantastic place. Would rent again.

FUN had fun!

Wonderful stay! Great neighborhood with easy access to metro and bus! Condo was clean and the manager had great info and responded in a timely manner to questions. Would recommend heartily!

We felt right at home from the minute we were greeted and the apartment was everything we needed. The neighborhood was great and restaurants, metro station and market were very convenient. Congratulations on a having a terrific property, great staff and location.

Lovely apartment

We had a great week in Barcelona. The apartment was close to the Sagrada Familia and very easy access for the underground. Lots of restaurants and bars nearby. The apartment was spotless and had everything we needed. Check in was easy and very helpful information given. We would definitely stay here again

Excellent Stay

We loved this flat- very roomy, comfortable beds, nice bathrooms, nice kitchen, good location, good neighborhood. Fredric was extremely helpful and informative, and provided helpful information about recommended restaurants and access to transportation and services. I highly recommend staying here for your time in Barcelona. 10 out of 10!

Very nice flat

We had a wonderful stay in this 3-bedroom apartment. The property manager gave us plenty information up front on what to do once we arrived at the airport as well as tips on things to do in the city. The apartment was spacious and came with all of the essentials: towels, dishes, soaps, etc. The location is an easy 5 min walk to the Metro and there are lots of cafes, bars and supermarkets also within a 5 min walk. This neighborhood is more quiet than some of the more touristy areas (which was nice for us), but the Sagrada Familia area was only a 10 min walk away. The only thing I felt was missing was some outdoor space, but other than that, this is a great space.

Communication with the host and contact person was excellent. We had a plane delay, and it wasn't a problem at all with check-in. It was very convenient that the apartment office was in the same building as this rental apartment. The host/contact person was extremely helpful with directions and information about local amenities and tourist attractions. We had some technical difficulties securing tickets for a Flemenco show, and the contact person for the apartment helped us get tickets. The apartment was well equipped with kitchen and bathroom materials. It was within walking distance to some Barcelona landmarks; however, we did have to take several cabs to explore the city in more detail. All in all, it was a very nice place to stay during our time in Barcelona.

Unforgettable Experience

Frederico reached out to us as we booked the apartment. He provided recommendations on how to get to his location from the airport and suggested the ideal metro tickets to purchase for our stay. Gianni checked us in and was also extremely helpful. The apartment me t was Rey clean, spacious, and was perfect for stay in Barcelona.

Love Barcelona

This was an ideal location for exploring the city of Barcelona - close to the Sagrada Familia and other sights, a few blocks to the clean and efficient metro system. Restaurants, bakeries, pharmacy, grocery all close at hand . The apartment was roomy, clean, and comfortable . We did experience difficulty with the clothes washer , but the on-sight staff responded immediately and our hosts did a load of wash for us do we were not at all inconvenienced. We loved this apartment and hope to return soon!

The place is ok, has enough space but could use more improvements in many ways like in bathroom, needs to fix the shower area since water is splashing outside when showering in the other room. The living room could use a better seating arrangements.

Terrific.

A little off the beaten path but an easy walk to Sagrada Familia along Paseo Gaudi which is lined with restaurants. Bus outside the door to Parque Guell. But best of all, we would never have gone to San Pau which is one if the unheralded gems of the city. The apartment is very clean and well appointed. Comfortable for 6. Would do it again.

Perfect place

Everything you want for a family stay in Barcelona. The apartment is perfect for a family with two kids or non. It is good size, quiet, AC works great and a what a great host. At check-in he took the time to explain the neighborhood, restaurants metro and witch grocery store had the best food etc. The dryer had a problem, the host was there within minutes took the wet laundry to dry, asking if he could return it when done. When we came back that night laundry was not only dry, it was perfectly folded on the table. Great location, safe, you are a local and not in a tourist trap.

Fantastic Choice for our Group in BCN.

Super clean and accessible apartment in great location with convenient markets/coffee shops/open street cafes etc. adjacent to building. Easy spot to grab a taxi (use FREENOW app!). We were a group of five adults - two married couples and a single friend. Spaces were all big and comfortable. Great dining table and plenty of living room/kitchen space. Beds were comfortable with quality bedding, bathrooms/showers clean and modern, kitchen had everything we needed for morning coffees and more. The markets across the street were super convenient for the basics (fruit, coffee, wine, etc). The spot is just about an easy 10 minute walk from Sagrada Familia. Host Frederic was very helpful throughout the process and at check in with information about the city and how to move about. Everything was great! Would absolutely stay here again AND very much would recommend to anyone visiting Barca!

My mom, friend and I stayed here for our week in town. We had great communication prior to and during our stay. I was able to sign into some of my apps on the tv to watch some shows which was nice. In 2 of the bedrooms we had the beds pushed together to try and have a larger bed, however when I would roll over most of the time the beds separated, so eventhough they were together I really ended up just sleeping in the one. The other thing I should have been prepared for, as its common in Europe, was the small shower in the bathroom. I ended up showering in the bathroom off the main bedroom. So be prepared for that. We liked the area that the aparment is in. It was close to many things and across the street from a supermarket. For the most part we were able to flag a cab down within a few minutes. We had better luck going to the crossroad. Unfortunately several nights, and up until 1am, we heard the people talking, walking and the kids running from the aparment above us. It wasnt unreasonable other than the hour that it was occuring at as we were trying to sleep. I felt like there was enough towels, blankets and other supplies to last our stay. The onsite manager scheduled a taxi pick up for when we needed to leave for the airport and stored our luggage in the office as we had to check out before we needed to go to the airport.

Wonderful apartment

Absolutely wonderful stay at this well decorated, spacious and well equipped apartment very close to Sagrida Familia. The service was exceptional and the price reasonable too. Will definitely recommend to all. Communication was first class.
