La Ravaloire is located in Anjou where it benefits from its legendary sweetness. A land of forests and meadows, you will access the heart of the property, where the two cottages are located, by a long and winding alley lined with woods.

Completely renovated cottage, with charm, comfort and character, with 3 bedrooms. On the first floor 1 bedroom with its shower room and toilet; upstairs 2 bedrooms with bathroom and separate toilet, washing machine. Living room with kitchen/dining area, extended by a teak terrace equipped with furniture. Fully equipped kitchen. Wifi connection.

This cottage is separated by about fifty meters from another cottage for couples - to be rented separately from this one - with a mezzanine bedroom, a library lounge and a large fireplace. Shower room, toilet and kitchen are independent on the first floor. Equipped kitchen. Wifi connection.

The two cottages can be rented together or separately. The owner's house is set back from the two cottages. Each house has its own independent access and its own garden and quiet area. A 13 x 6 swimming pool, equipped with deckchairs/mattresses is available to the 2 cottages.

These cottages enjoy a beautiful view of the countryside.

In the heart of the Loir Valley, between La Flèche (6km) and Durtal (6km), you will enjoy a region rich in sports activities (equestrian centres, hiking on the GR35 which passes through our property, cycle tourism, tennis, canoeing and kayaking on the Loir, swimming and sailing on the Lac de la Monnerie, Montjoie and Baugé golf courses) and cultural activities (many castles, wine route, La Flèche zoo, music festivals).

For sportsmen and women, car fans, the 24 Hours of Le Mans takes place every year in June and every 2 years the Le Mans Classic in July
