This gorgeous 2-store 5 bedroom 2.5 bath home of nearly 3,000 sq ft offers so many things to enjoy: NATURE and PRIVACY, beautiful lawns, a creek, huge trees; RELAX and ENTERTAINMENT swimming pool, hot tub, fireplace, bar, grill, TVs; ART and DESIGN paintings & furniture.

The space
A queen size bedroom with reclining bed frame and a high-end mattress in the bedroom on the first floor is convenient for people who don't want to do stairs. The kitchen is very large with dishwasher, double fridge with ice maker, gas oven, programmable coffee machine, microwave. toaster mini oven, juice and smoothie makers, kitchen island with cutting board and a lovely view to the patio. The surrounding nature will make you feel relaxed and rejuvenated. There are a casual and a formal dining table which sit 14 people total. The patio has a gas grill as well. Two living rooms offer completely different feel. "The Den" is all wood-enclosed and features wall-to-wall wood fireplace, custom bar with mini-fridge and ice machine, leather sofas, a "Lazy Boy" and a rocking chair and a 70-inch brand new smart TV, while the sliding doors lead to your patio with a brand new hot tub with blue tooth speakers and stunning mountain views. In the summer you can enjoy the private 30 ft swimming pool as well. The second living room which we call "The French Salon" features Mid-Century furniture, 50-inch smart TV and board-games + a growing library.

Upstairs you will find 4 more bedrooms: master suite with walk-in closet and its own bathroom with heated floors and a tub, one bedroom with bunk beds (full and single) + single bed, which sleeps 4, a queen and a full-sized bedroom. There is a second bathroom upstairs as well. The upstairs bedrooms are decorated with artwork by NYC-based artist Mark Millene and are available for sale.

The house is located on gorgeous 2.7-acres of park-like property with its own creek, beautiful mature trees and beautiful nature all around you!

Other things to note
Absolutely gorgeous nature all around and exquisite privacy as the property's pool and hot tub are facing 180 acres of property owned by NYS state, which is undeveloped. We do have cameras installed by the property's entrances for security, as well as a security system.

Guests may not check-in, bring or "invite" additional people to sleep at the house beyond the number of people declared on the official Airbnb reservation. If you show up to the house with more people than you are declared on the official reservation we will a) notify Airbnb b) cancel your reservation c) reserve the right to involve local Law Enforcement including the Greene County Sheriff's Department of the New York State Police as appropriate to have you escorted off the property immediately. You will not get a refund. As disclosed on the listing there are outdoor security cameras for check-in purposes, you cannot fool those cameras - so don't try. If you need update the number of people in your party just call, text or message us in ADVANCE of your stay so we can prepare the house accordingly. The moving of furniture around the house is NOT ALLOWED.
