At the junction of the two islands of Huahine Nui and Iti, the Fare Teakavehere welcomes you in a tree-lined setting of Maroe Bay and just steps from the lagoon!

Discover this wild and authentic island, mingle with the local population and experience a lifestyle reminiscent of Polynesia of yesteryear.

Conducive to relaxation and cultural discoveries, the island will also amaze you with its landscapes and lagoon!



The fare offers 3 air-conditioned rooms equipped with standard beds and wall closets, including a master bedroom with its private shower room.

The 2 following rooms share the second shower room.



It is possible to add 2 mattresses to accommodate 2 additional people.



The living room is also air-conditioned and open to the kitchen. It has sofas and armchairs as well as a flat-screen television to help you relax at the end of the day.



The kitchen is fully equipped and features a bar with stools to participate with the chef in the preparation of dishes! The bar overlooks the large dining table that will allow you to gather around your meals.



The large terrace at the front of the house will welcome you in its armchairs to admire the view of the lagoon and enjoy your morning coffee.

A barbecue is available to prepare grilled dishes to be enjoyed in this pleasant garden with the lagoon just across the road.



3 kayaks will allow you to explore the aquatic fauna and flora! (1 two-seater kayak and 2 single-seater kayaks, i.e., 4 people).

On the other side of the road, direct access to the lagoon via a small pontoon is available for kayak descent or sunbathing sessions!

Huahine Paradise

Beautiful house across the road from the ocean. The location was perfect for accessing the village and many beautiful beaches. Our property manager made sure our needs were met and helped us with recommendations for dining and activities.

This place was excellent! Claude, the caretaker, was one of the kindest people you will meet. He didn't speak a lot of English, but he made every effort to help in any way he could. Honestly, he did very well with what English he knew. We had one issue while we were there, and Claude came over immediately and fixed what he could. The property grounds are large and there is another guest house available if needed. It is on a bay at the end of the driveway across the road. There is a dock where you can let down the kayaks. This isn’t really an area for snorkeling, but everything is close by on this island. This island is not a busy island. The people are friendly and kind. There are so many great things about this island and about this house. We had 7 people stay (3 adults, 4 kids) which could be a little tight, but the outdoor porch and seating provided so much room. The kids had lots of room to play outside. We used the outdoor grill multiple times. The bedrooms and living room had AC which was nice to have at night. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook our meals. The local grocery store in Fare is well stocked. When we come back to Huahine in the future we will definitely look up Claude and this beautiful property. You guys are doing such a wonderful job with this property and taking care of it and your guests. You made us feel like family when we were there. The one problem we had with the oven you fixed right away and provided an easy solution. We regret that we only spent 5 days with you. Thanks again for the service you are providing!
