Welcome to Son Perot, an elegant Mallorcan stone house located in María de la Salut, where a lush palm garden and typical architecture combine to create a unique refuge for relaxing vacations throughout the year.



Enjoy a spacious terrace with a chill out area and an 8x4m pool, perfect for cooling off. Additionally, there is a barbecue area and an outdoor table for outdoor dining enthusiasts.



The dining room is spacious and decorated with a vintage aesthetic, but modern and is connected to a spacious kitchen, both rooms are equipped with everything necessary, ensuring comfort and convenience.



The house has four suites that have been skillfully decorated for maximum comfort, three of them with a double bed and the last one with two single beds, it also offers 4 bathrooms ideal for the whole family and a restroom in the indoor pool area.



Son Perot in addition to its outdoor pool has an indoor pool of 15x5m with pleasant water jets ideal for those colder days.



Surrounded by a beautiful garden, 'Son Perot' offers a cozy and elegant atmosphere where you can sunbathe or observe the views of life in Mallorca. A living space, respectively, generous, combined with a great amount of light creates a very welcoming and elegant style.



Outdoor cycling enthusiasts will appreciate the fully equipped bicycle workshop, which completes the luxury experience of 'Son Perot'.

An incredible property in a lovely location.

Loved our stay, being in the middle of the island you are never far from anywhere. If you want to experience all of Mallorca, while enjoying your stay in luxury accommodation this is the place for you.

Incredibly beautiful finca and surroundings! Communication with Pau and dealing with our concerns was fast and very friendly. Would recommend this finca for any familya group of friends who want to relax and travel around the island.

Das Gelände ist sehr großzügig. Das Haus ist sehr schön eingerichtet. Basketball und Außenpool - Top! Mobiliar außen und innen.. Der Indoorpool ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, insgesamt aber alles sehr schön! Danke…

Jättefint hus

Vi var fyra vuxna och fem barn som hyrde detta hus. Perfekt planerat hus med eget badrum till varje sovrum. Stor välskött trädgård, fint poolområde, många olika sittplatser och solsängar. Bra matlagningsmöjligheter med rejält kök och utegrill. Inomhuspoolen blev också använd då och då. Kan varmt rekommendera detta hus

Perfekt!

Trotz vorzeitiger Abreise aufgrund der aktuellen Corona-Situation haben wir die Zeit in der Finca genossen. Paul ist ein toller Gastgeber und jederzeit hilfsbereit! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und jeden Tag genossen. Ein tolles Haus mit allem Luxus den man sich erhofft hat. Die Lage ist auch traumhaft, alles gut zu erreichen (mit dem Auto) und ein wunderbares Gelände für kleinere Spaziergänge. Wir danken für alles und freuen uns auf nächstes Jahr!!!

Perfekter Urlaub im Traumobjekt

Das Objekt besticht durch einen perfekter parkähnlichen Außenbereich mit Pool. Für schlechte s Wetter sollte man unbedingt den beheizten Innenpool dazu buchen. Das Haus ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Der Vermieter ist unfassbar Bett und steht mit Rat und Tat zur Verfügung.

Sehr schön, einsam und ruhig gelegen - eine Traumoase

Sehr netter, herzlicher und zuvorkommender Vermieter (Pau), schön und stilvoll eingerichtet, tolle Zimmer (alle mit Klimaanlage, die allerdings die letzten 1,5 Tage nicht mehr funktionierten), großzügiger Wohn- und Küchenbereich, tolle, überdachte/beschattete Terrasse, ein riesen Kohlegrill, zwei wunderbare Pools. Allerdings war die Außenpoolpumpe ausgefallen und vier Tage regelmäßig Techniker vor Ort - eine Filterung oder Austausch/Zufluß des Poolwassers hat nicht stattgefunden. Der Whirlpool im Poolhaus war leider außer Betrieb. Absprachen mit Pau, die beim Check-in bezüglich Familienbesuch auf der Finca getroffen worden waren, galten beim Check-out mit seiner Frau nicht mehr. Ihre Reaktion empfanden wir als wenig professionell. Trotz einer tollen Woche dort, sind wir deswegen mit einem schalen Gefühl abgereist. Schade. Ansonsten würden wir die Finca aber bedenkenlos weiterempfehlen.

Wunderschöne Auszeit :-))

Wir waren für eine Woche im Mai 2019 in der wunderschönen Finca! Es hat an nichts gefehlt! Die Anlage ist super schön angelegt! Es war ruhig und einige Tiere erhellen einen den Tag:-)) Wir würden wiederkommen und bedanken uns ganz herzlich:-))

Schönes Haus aber mit einigen Mängeln

Unterkunft war schön bis auf einige Mängel in jedem Bad waren feuchte Stellen, die durch undichte Duschen und mangelnder Belüftung zurück zu führen sind. Das Hallenbad war unbenutzbar da im gesamten Hallenbad starke Feuchtigkeit vorhanden war und dadurch es überall beschlagen war und es stark nach Schimmel. Im einem Schlafzimmer regnete es durch das Dach herein. Allgemein müsste das Haus mehr gepflegt werden. Der Vermieter war sehr nett und hilfsbereit.

Stunning villa experience

The villa was absolutely beautiful and in an amazing countryside setting with beautiful well maintained grounds and palm trees. The house was a great size, the pools were a good size and lovely and clean and the property was fully kitted out with everything needed for a comfortable stay. Sad to leave and can’t wait to visit again next year

Unvergleichliches Ambiente zum Wohlfühlen!

Wir haben uns mit 7 Personen sehr wohl gefühlt, der Vermieter begrüßte uns freundlich und unkompliziert. Die Anlage ist ein Traum, ein riesiges Anwesen mit vielen Tieren, tollem schön modern und mallorquinisch eingerichtetem Haus, extrem schöner Außenanlage weit weg vom üblichen Mallorcatrubel. Die Küche ist super ausgestattet, wir haben nichts vermisst. Auch der riesige Grill wurde häufig benutzt. Der Innenpool ist soooo schön, mehr geht nicht. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.

Dejligt hus på dejlig grund

Vi havde bevist valgt et sted lidt væk fra det hele og vi havde et dejligt ophold. 10 min i bil til Can Picafort og 25 min til Alcúdia.
