Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with us. We are glad to hear that the home was very clean upon your arrival and that you enjoyed the pool and pickleball court as those are definitely guest favorites! We appreciate your feedback regarding the yard, kitchen supplies, and patio furniture. Your comments are helpful and will be shared with our team so we can look into trimming the landscaping, restocking essential kitchen items like potholders and a spatula, and improving the outdoor seating area. We understand your frustration with the beach setup situation. Unfortunately, many local beaches have designated vendor-only zones, but we know how that can impact larger groups like yours and are always happy to help guests navigate those logistics ahead of time. Thanks again for your helpful input, and we hope to have the chance to host you again in the future! Regards, Benchmark Management
