No complaints at all. Just one piece of advice. The parking garage is small and tight. If you are traveling by car, don’t drive anything larger than a midsize suv.

Excellent location but it’s hard to find when you first arrive! Neither us nor our driver could figure out where to go initially. Once you find it, you’ll love the location. Clean but bathrooms haven’t been updated in a very long time. Mattresses are different types/levels of firmness. It gets loud at the ski school right outside your door at 7am every morning so get to bed early! We loved the convenience of the location so would stay again! Made fun family memories here!

Great location, responsive management, some cautions

Property manager was responsive and flexible. Unit was very clean. Location has easy access to slopes. Roomy space. Comfortable bedding. Plenty of towels. Challenge to get luggage from garage to unit- prepare to carry bags up stairs and through snow. Hot water in showers gets scalding hot- be careful!

We loved this condo! Amazing views, ski in/out. Right in center of village. Walkable to everything. Huge bathrooms and storage. Very comfortable beds and bedding. Unique set up perfect for family’s. Would definitely stay here again.

Since the check-in kiosk didn't work, having the 24-hr. customer service line is great. We also needed to be walked through the process of finding the condo even with prior directions.

I would let people know how to get things (groceries, food etc..) delivered to the property and how to be picked up by an Uber. Also, let people know how to get their suitcases up to the room without carrying them up stairs huge flights of outdoor staircases

Park City Condo

The location was great and very convenient. However, the check-in process is not straightforward and the person at the front desk at the check-in was not helpful at all. Finding the condo is very difficult and he talked to us like we were locals and should know where it is located (which we did not of course and had to drag our suitcases around for 20 minutes before we found the building!). The check-in process and service needs to be improved!

GREAT location for skiing (ski-in, ski-out) but... No WiFi access/router in unit (not resolved by management while we were there). Bring earplugs -- middle of the night noisy when snow groomer is outside of your window. Use the virtual tour app BEFORE coming to find parking and the unit -- very helpful. Use Jackson's Base Camp Rental - -they were great. Close parking. Overall the pluses outweighed the internet issue.

It all starts when you walk through the front door. The interior is finished in classic style, with all the rustic pine you want in your mountain home. There's lots to discover, though one of the first things you'll notice is that you can see right from the entryway straight out onto your private balcony with views of the mountain and the lifts. In fact, if you jumped off your balcony, you'd land right on the snow at the ski school. You'll enjoy an ideal ski in ski out experience from start to finish.

But being able to walk straight to the lift isn't the only benefit. Each condo in this building also comes with its own assigned parking space in the underground garage. While everyone else is fighting for a spot in the resort lots outside—digging their car out of the ice and snow after their day on the slopes—you'll be able to drive right in and out. Explore Park City your way, from nearby Main Street to the attractions at Utah Olympic Park. Then come right back and park in your guarantee spot under the Village.
