Plumbing problems

The sink in the bathroom had a blocked drain. Could not use it. The shower had a blocked drain. After less than a minute of showering the water spills onto the bathroom floor. When notified management said technician would come to fix. It never happened. Management must have known about these issues prior to my arrival yet no action was taken to rectify.

A lovely apartment. The toilet was not working but the owners did get it dealt with by the evening. It would be nice to have a later check out but a lovely quiet space overall

The apartment itself is clean and in a great part of Annecy. We were able to walk to the lake, train station and around town. It was so nice to have a kitchen and it has the basic necessities. Getting up to the apartment is a trek. It’s up a 3-story spiral staircase. This is quite tough with heavy luggage so just be aware! There is a 3rd party service that handles communication and the response time is slow (1-2 hours). We were given mixed information about check in and storing luggage with conflicting instructions from the host and the 3rd party service. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and having a washing machine was an added bonus as well!
