You are in the heart of the French Riviera in Théoule-sur-Mer, between Cannes and Saint-Raphaël, on the Corniche d´Or. The house faces south (rare in Théoule) and enjoys a splendid view of the sea and the red rocks of the Esterel coast.

NEW FOR 2023! To welcome you even better, all the bathrooms are now completely renovated by April 2023. We are also redoing the terraces upstairs, opening up the sea view even more, and improving many details...
The spacious terrace is decorated with bougainvilleas, oleanders and other Mediterranean essences. In the shade of large blinds, comfortably installed in the garden furniture, you will enjoy special moments with your loved ones, enjoying a glass of chilled rosé, or preparing delicious grilled meats on the barbecue.

The living room, the dining room and all the bedrooms of the house have a sea view. The house is large and the living and sleeping areas are well separated, the house allows everyone to meet, while offering to each the opportunity to live his life.
The ground floor has a very large open plan kitchen / dining room, and a spacious and comfortable living area, both opening onto the large terrace through wide openings. It also has a shower room, two toilets, a laundry room and two fireplaces.
From this common living space, you access two different sleeping areas, via two different staircases… Ideal for accommodating a large family (“parent-child” spaces), or two families or groups of friends, who will each have two bedrooms. , a toilet and a bathroom upstairs.
These 4 rooms are broken down into:
- A master bedroom with a "king size" bed (200x200cm), with a large bay window opening onto a private terrace / solarium. Imagine, waking up after a good night's sleep, admiring the plunging and breathtaking view of the sea and the coast of the red rocks of the Esterel!
- Two double bedrooms with a bed (160x200cm)
- A bedroom with a 140x190cm bed, which can also be used as an office ...
All bedrooms have a magnificent sea view, three of them have access to an additional terrace upstairs.
The living rooms and bedrooms are all air conditioned (reversible air conditioning and radiators can be used in winter, but thanks to the southern exposure in winter, and the 3 blinds in summer, make this house very pleasant in all seasons).
The house is very well equipped. You benefit from a high speed internet access (optical fiber ) , and a WiFi signal throughout the accommodation ("WiFi mesh") . OLED TV with sound bar and multiroom (on the ground floor). In the large fully-equipped kitchen (large fridge and freezer, wine cellar, Sodastream, etc.), you cook up delicious meals to delight the taste buds of friends and spoil the family ...

The Corniche d´Or de l'Esterel is one of the most beautiful sites on the French Riviera. The blue of the Mediterranean and the red of the massif are declined in steep promontories and coves with crystal clear waters, slopes covered with pines and small shaded beaches. From the villa, you are a 6-minute drive from the center of Théoule, its beaches and numerous restaurants, 6 minutes from the Figueirette cove, and a few minutes (by car) from the coves. The residence offers direct access (on foot) to the trails of the Esterel massif and to the Pointe de l'Aiguille departmental park. Perfect for hikers of all skill levels and mountain bikers.
Located 15 mins from the A8 motorway exit, 25 mins from Cannes, 35 mins from Nice airport, the villa is easily accessible.

You relax by the magnificent swimming pool surrounded by Mediterranean essences, and offering a panoramic view of the sea. The swimming pool is that of the small residence (a few lots), and is therefore not private, but generally uncrowded, even in high season.
In winter, the swimming pool may be in maintenance... do not hesitate to call us to check.
To access the villa, it is mandatory to use an external staircase (approximately two floors to climb), and the bedrooms are on the first floor of the villa. The accommodation is therefore, unfortunately, not suitable for people with mobility problems.
