Escape to the Country Penthouse

Skip the same old hotel experience and escape the Country Penthouse.

The Country Penthouse is set in the beautiful Tennessee countryside amongst the trees. Watch as the sunrises over the tree tops from the private deck and the sunset from the private balcony. Hear the sounds of nature and the birds singing. Let time slip away as you relax and unwind. Enjoy the the wide open spaces away from the hustle and bustle of the city.

The Country Penthouse is an oasis located on an entirely separate level of our home with its own outside dedicated entrance. The entire level is dedicated to you and your guests. We will not enter the space anytime during your stay.

The bedroom features a pillow topped queen bed with two night stands, two lamps with USB charging ports and a ceiling fan. There is also a twin bed, chest of drawers and chair for your luggage on the adjacent side of the bedroom.

The living room features a loveseat, storage ottoman with flip top, accent chair, end table and lamp with USB charging port. The beautifully repurposed armoire has an adjustable mounted smart tv (Netflix, Amazon Prime, Hulu, Disney+), coffee maker (w/coffee, creamer, sweeteners, cups, and straw stirrers), mini refrigerator, microwave, paper plates and plasticware. The dining/workspace is next to the living room with two chairs. The balcony is just off the living room and fills the space with natural light during the day. There is a small walk in closet next to the balcony with plenty of hangers, extra storage, extra supplies and an oscillating fan.

The bathroom features a standup tile shower, vanity sink with extra storage drawers, towels and some essential toiletries.

Guests will enjoy the entire second level with a private entrance, deck and balcony to themselves.

We ask that you respect the lower deck, carport and workshop as our families private areas. Thank you.

Things to Note:
*This is a private residence and only guests listed on the reservation are allowed on property.
**No loud music or parties allowed. The Country Penthouse is above our living room. We do our best to keep the noise down but much like a hotel, at times you will hear us and we will hear you.
***NO SMOKING in the space, on the balcony or deck. If you would like to smoke please ONLY do so by your vehicle and dispose of your butts appropriately.
