this stunning modern villa central Palm Beach, with full airco's in all area's and all bedrooms, is close to beaches and walking distance supermarkt, it has an amazing rooftop with ocean view, take a tan and a nice modern pool, a new bbq ( per may 2021) A high tech great big kitchen with all appliances, a great lounge area outside near the pool, and modern features, big tv's. in the garden there is a separate apartment which is included in the rental price, with separate bathroom and kitchen and double bed. of course this villa has every where wifi connections as well as inside as outside at pool terrace area, and modern laundry area with big wash & dryer combination.

This specific villa is back on short term rental, while it was in renovation the last year, all is perfectly updated, painted, and looks stunning again, thats why it was for a long time out of rental, and we loaded it up a few weeks again, soon new good reviews will be on :)
