Un emplacement idéal à proximité des plages spectaculaires et de Palm Beach Plaza. Profitez de nombreuses Happy Hour dans les hôtels High Rise à proximité, Moomba et Bugaloe Beach. Il y a des vues panoramiques spectaculaires de l'île depuis le phare.
Nous vous proposons une maison privée confortable et relaxante, où le motif pur est agréablement décoré dans les belles couleurs turquoise du SAND & SEA ... Une cuisine récemment rénovée est un délice gastronomique pour les chefs !!
Il y a un GAZEBO extérieur couvert avec barbecue pour manger et asseoir pour 6 à notre table à manger en bois TECK. Il y a un nouveau canapé-lit Queen dans un tissu palmier agréable. Notre bar humide extérieur est complet avec réfrigérateur et mixeur; parfait pour mélanger des boissons rafraîchissantes !!

La pierre. et la piscine en marbre CABANA dispose de confortables chaises longues en teck; le tout entouré de palmiers en bambou et d'autres fleurs de jardin tropical. Il y a une douche extérieure amusante pour cette expérience en plein air après une baignade invitante!

Notre accueillante Aruban Casita propose un hébergement 3BR / 3 BA de chambres à thème paradisiaques: 2 KING MASTER En-suite rooms; la chambre "PALM", la chambre "ISLAND" et notre 3ème chambre QUEEN "SEASHELL" Chambre a une salle de bain adjacente. Notre literie luxueusement confortable comprend des matelas à plateau-coussin de 18 po et des oreillers en duvet ainsi que du linge de lit de 600 marches.
Les deux salles de bains KING ont toutes deux des vanités doubles et des douches en verre pour 2! Il y a des stores et des rideaux personnalisés qui s'ouvrent sur l'espace de vie extérieur. Cette pergola aérée et gazebo extérieur voûté couvert de pierre a un beau lustre dimmable et mène à notre piscine merveilleusement charmante le long du chemin de la cabane en marbre.
Vivez une luxueuse baignade nocturne!

Nous apprécions les images et les sons des incroyables oiseaux d'Aruba dans notre arbre paisible DIVI et notre espace calme dans la cour avant ... notre cour de petit-déjeuner préférée! Tranquilo '

La maison est équipée de 4 onduleurs Airco séparés; une dans chacune des 3 chambres et une unité de 3 tonnes dans le salon et la salle à manger communs.

Il y a une porte PATIO grillagée de 8 pi et toutes les portes intérieures en acajou qui garantissent l'intimité de tous les invités dans ce vaste étage de 2000 m². villa.

La décoration intérieure personnalisée est très agréable avec les couleurs turquoise des Caraïbes. Nous avons d'agréables photos des murs intérieurs des favoris d'Arubas - Pont naturel, phare et paysages marins, etc.

Le LR est équipé d'un canapé et d'une causeuse en cuir italien de luxe, d'un lecteur DVD LG-TV et SONY 55 '4k avec une sélection de bibliothèque de DVD!

La nouvelle cuisine gastronomique est charmante avec un îlot de granit spacieux de 9 'avec évier en acier inoxydable de 30 ", appareils LG et petits appareils Cuisinart dans la cuisine spacieuse de 20x17'. Le nouveau réfrigérateur LG onduleur de 24 pi3 avec machine à glaçons et eau filtrée est doté d'un panneau d'accès facile dans la porte. Notre onduleur en acier inoxydable DW est exceptionnellement silencieux et notre poêle en acier inoxydable à 5 brûleurs est un plaisir à cuisiner, de temps en temps!
Il y a un réfrigérateur d'une capacité de 28 bouteilles de vin AVANTI et une nouvelle laveuse et sécheuse Electrolux empilable et écoénergétique!

Nous avons également des téléviseurs intelligents dans les chambres et des «I-Homes» pour les I-Pods, les glacières et les chaises de plage !! Apportez simplement votre maillot de bain, chapeau de soleil et serviette préférés!

First time to Aruba, what an amazing place to stay! The location was perfect and had a lot of amenities. There were a lot of restaurants within a short 5 to 10 minute drive. The house is very clean and private, and has its own pool, which we enjoyed daily. Excellent hosts to work with, and were extremely responsive. They were helpful with good information on where to travel or eat. We would highly recommend this villa for your Aruba vacation!

This home is beautiful and exactly as you see in the pictures. The property manger is excellent and was very helpful for our first trip to Aruba. The outdoor pool area is beautiful. I highly recommend this home and would definitely stay there again!

Awesome Week!

Our family of 4 thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The owners clearly take pride in their home and it shows. The pool area was like a private resort with multiple seating and dining areas and plenty of shade. Proximity to the beach and restaurants couldn't have been better.

The house was lovely ( just like the pictures which sometimes is not the case)It was very well appointed from the decor to the upgraded incredibly stocked kitchen and cooking utensils. The patio and pool area were wonderful.It was a pleasure and dealing with the owners Angela and Nora and the house keeper Maria .Any little issues we had( like How to use the multiple TV remotes) were dealt with quickly .We will definitely be returning to this properly again in the future

The first thing we consider when looking for a rental is the outdoor space - Sand n' Sea has a wonderful outdoor space. There was plenty of seating in and out of the sun, the grounds were well kept, and the furniture was comfortable. Maria was our onsite contact and provided excellent service. We thoroughly enjoyed our time spent in this wonderful villa.

Wonderful!

We had a great stay - the house was perfect, both in location and amenities. I don’t think I’ve stayed at a better stocked rental home, with more dishes, glasses, towels, supplies, and added extras such as beach chairs and umbrellas. Communication was excellent and service above-and-beyond, providing us with both an early check in and a late check out. We all hope to be back again soon!

Aruba Again!!!

A very well appointed villa from the washrooms, to the bedrooms, to the covered patio and a must have pool. Location is fantastic being an easy drive to great beaches, excellent grocery stores and wonderful restaurants. Ten days was not enough and we look forward to renting this villa again. Beautiful Villa in a Gated Community close to the beaches

The Sand N’ Sea villa in Tierra Del Sol was the perfect place for our family of 5 to stay in while we enjoyed our week in sunny Aruba! It was exactly as advertised! The villa had all the amenities we needed, including a washer and dryer as well as a fully stocked kitchen and 3 full bathrooms. We especially enjoyed the backyard oasis after a long day at the beach! Angela was easy to communicate with and we would not hesitate to stay there again!

Family vacay Tierra del sol

This villa is amazing. It has everything you could desire from a family vacation spot. Communication with the owners was great and easy. The pool and outdoor living space just draw you outside and make it easy to spend an entire day relaxing. The gated community leaves you feeling secure. It is in close proximity to many of the great beaches. I would go back and also recommend this property to anyone (friends or family) without hesitation. Thank you straw-hat sisters.

Great house and location

We stayed at Angela and Nora's property over the Christmas holiday, and had a great time. House was well-stocked and the pool area and backyard were fabulous. Only minor issue was that one of the master bedrooms had a shower with a difficult-to-use handle that probably needs to be replaced. But that's a super minor issue and we would highly recommend!

Sand n' Sea Paradise

What an amazing week we had and this house provided everything we needed. Five Stars is not enough. From the beautiful decor and fully stocked kitchen to the pool. This house was super clean and the neighborhood was quiet. The Hosts were very friendly and quick to answer any questions we had and Cap, the local property manager, was awesome to work with. Wonderful trip

This home is beautiful, and located in a very nice area of the island. It was lovely to get back from the beach and spend the rest of the afternoon at the pool. We experienced a few issues with communication and mechanical failures (washing machine leak and a faulty circuit breaker rendered the Palm bedroom without air conditioning for most of the trip) but the owners refunded a nights stay for the inconvenience. Overall it was a great vacation to Aruba and we had an amazing time.

Amazing villa with exceptional outdoor living space!

Aruba is like no other place. There is a reason they call it “The Happy Island" but what made our trip even better was the amazing house we called home. Angela and Nora have gone above and beyond with the amenities and making guest feel welcome. They have taken extra steps in making sure guest are well informed not only with the villa but with amazing experiences on the island. Our family can’t wait to return and call the place home (at least for a week) once again. Thank you for everything you did to make the trip our best vacation yet.
