Located in Ruby, one of Aruba's upscale neighborhoods, this lovely Villa is only a 4 minute drive to the Ritz Carlton and Marriott Hotels, Casinos and beaches and an additional 1 minute drive to multiple resorts, hotels, shopping and world class dining in Palm Beach. Eagle Beach, one of the top two rated beaches in the world, is a mere 10 minutes away.

Unwind in the elevated soaking area while listening to the calm sound of the waterfall as it cascades to the pool below. A rare location on the Salinja with expansive views of open blues skies and peek-a-views of the sea. Gaze upon the wind surfers' sails and passing sailboats in the distance. Relax and sip a cool drink under the shade of the large palapa and coconut trees.

In late fall, winter and early spring seasons, the Salinja fills with water affording a lakeside location. In late spring, summer and early fall, the Salinja is sandy.

Ruby Villa sleeps 10 adults comfortably. There is air conditioning throughout the house and ceiling fans in every room including 2 large fans in the vaulted ceiling of the large outdoor patio.

Located on the opposite side of the main house are 2 bedrooms each with a queen size bed with 1 attached bathroom as well as a separate entrance to the patio and pool.

An additional 5th bedroom with a full size bed and attached bathroom and shower is located off the pool and patio area with a private entrance.

The expansive living room with vaulted ceiling faces the patio and stunning Salina views equipped with a 75 inch Smart TV for your enjoyment. You can access your personal TV applications such as Netflix, Prime, Hulu, YouTube etc. as well as free live TV.

Enjoy a roomy kitchen fully equipped for your cooking desires that connects to the dining room. The kitchen has a direct entrance to the patio and pool area for easy access and patio serving with spacious dining for 10 and well as for breakfast or evening relaxing under the large palapa. An outdoor grill is also available.

Secure Internet is available throughout the property. All 5 bedrooms have 2 bedside tables with electrical charger capabilities with up to 8 AC outlets, 3 USB chargers and 1 USB C port for all your electronic devices. The house is equipped with a full security system.
