- An open-plan kitchen with appliances including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- Bedroom with double bed (140×190).
- A shower room.
- Separate WC.

Outside:
- A terrace of around 9 m² with electric awning, facing due west with furniture to enjoy the fine weather.

For added comfort: double glazing, barbecue, washing machine, ironing board and iron.

The flat is ideally located in Porticcio, in a very pleasant, peaceful setting in a residence planted with Mediterranean trees. You'll be close to all the essential shops (around 7 minutes' walk), as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, the market...
