Family Fun In The Sun !

3 Bedroom/2 Bath Second Floor Condo. Short walk to beach. Includes 8 Beach tags, Beach Cart, and Grill.

Clean and beautiful accommodations sleeps 8 Max (includes adults and children) with two queen beds and 2 sets of bunk beds (4 twins).

We have 2 separate open decks/balcony, giving you access to the sea breezes from beach and bay. The property is in the quieter end of town on West Avenue. Convenient location - easy walk to beach, playgrounds, basketball/tennis courts, bakery, ice cream, surf shop, WaWa, several restaurants and Acme at 34th street.

We rent to families and adults only, you must be over 25 years old to rent, no senior week rentals. Rentals are Saturday afternoon to Saturday morning. GUESTS provide own TOWELS, LINENS (sheets, pillowcases), PAPER PRODUCTS and TOILETRIES.

Please note: Check in on arrival date is 4pm and Check out on departure is 10am.

A copy of current driver's license is required. License must be of person assuming responsibility for all terms under lease agreement. Lease agreement must be signed and returned within 48 hours to secure listing. Person signing the agreement must be on premises for the duration of the reservation. No 3rd party booking allowed.

Clean, quiet, relaxing…..

Property was in a quiet part of town, but within walking distance of beach, wawa, restaurants and park. The house was clean, had everything needed for cooking, beach trips or just relaxing (tvs had streaming services and internet). Owner was easy to communicate with. Key system was super convenient. Would recommend!

Great Spot!

We had an excellent week. Only a 5 minute walk to the beach. Only 5 minute drive to the boardwalk, but feels far enough away that you aren't in the thick of downtown. Everything is very clean and updated! Loved the books and boardgames available! We also used the beach cart every day and that was a very nice feature. The smart lock on the garage and door made our stay very convenient. Not having to worry about keys was great! We did have a little trouble with our door code when we arrived, but host was super responsive and got us inside very quickly! Overall, great vacation! Loved staying here!

Excellent Summer Vacation

We enjoyed this house very much! Our usual OC rental was unavailable this year, and I was having a very hard time finding a place that was in a good (not too busy) location, clean, and close to the beach. This house does require walking a few blocks to the beach, but it never felt absurdly far. The kitchen had everything we needed for preparing some meals and the living room was perfect for spreading out and playing games. Having the garage for storing bikes and our beach supplies was a huge help! Thank you for opening up your home to us Lisa, it was a perfect family vacation in our favorite town!

Better than the pictures!

A couple of short blocks to the beach, everything we needed including beach tags and a beach cart. Would love to go back!

Wonderful Beach House for our Family!

We had such a great stay in this bright, clean, and fully equipped beach house! The owner communicated with us well and was such a great hostess. We had plenty of pillows and blankets, hand soap and necessities for our family of five. The house is a couple of blocks from the beach, so easy walking for our family.
