Upstairs: 1 bedroom with 1 double bed (160 cm) and 2 single beds (90 cm) and a lounge area (TV), shower room with toilet (washing machine). Baby equipment. Heating and electricity included. Beds made when you arrive. Optional housecleaning service. Adult bikes available for free. Movie theatre depending on owner's availability (2.50€/hour, DVD not included). Located 8 minutes away from the historic heart of Rouen, this holiday cottage with a wooden architecture, adjoining the owners' house, combines charm and tradition. Located in a former 19th century stable, close to all the shops, the holiday cottage offers a private landscaped enclosed garden. Garden furniture and deckchairs. Enclosed car park.
