Great Location, Building works behind this property which may effect your privacy.Check small print!

Great location. Stairs to the property. Sleeps 5 people but the kettle is only small, enough for 2 and a half cups!! Need a BIGGER kettle. Check the size of the beds if bringing your own bedding as the double room without the single on top,has a bigger matress than a UK double so a fitted double sheet does not fit. If you need them to supply linen towels etc..check their prices they are very expensive!! Booklet about the property tells you that if you break any of their 'rules' you will be fined. Putting bins out late, wrong bins, leaving not at their specified times, all incurrs fees. Breakages etc... The concierge was a different one at departure than the one at arrival.We discussed this issue with the fines and they just dismissed it and explained it was a large company running it and they use a blanket rule book. Very intimidating, not what you want on your holiday. Would I come back to this property, no I would not. Building work taking place right outside where our upstairs terrace is, no view...I'd be careful booking this property if they don't show you the view from the terrace as looking at the footings, an L shaped house is being built. Depending on the storeys it may take away your light and privacy. BEWARE.
