Séjour agréable au pied de la mer.Appartement face à la mer, agréable mais qui mérite une rénovation des chambres.Absence de WiFi et surtout connexion TV discontinue liée à l'absence de fibre, malgré un propriétaire très réactif, disponible.

Je vous remercie de vos commentaires concernant cet agréable appartement. Cependant, je suis très étonné quant à la soit disant nécessité de rénovation des chambres, car vous êtes le premier locataire me faisant un tel commentaire: elles sont sobres, fonctionnelles et impeccables comme le reste de l'appartement. Quant à l'absence de fibre, je la regrette comme vous, étant jusqu'alors non éligible à son installation. La qualité de la réception de la télévision est actuellement tributaire de la localisation de l'appartement en bord de plage. La possibilité de wifi n'était par ailleurs non signalée dans l'annonce. J'espère la fibre bientôt. En attendant, il reste la merveilleuse vue sur mer.

vista magnifica

casa confortevole, equipaggiata con tutto il necessario. Situata su 2 piani con cucina e soggiorno sotto e le camere da letto con i servizi sopra. Una camera e il soggiorno con balcone hanno una vista straordinaria sulla spiaggia e il mare. La spiaggia è praticamente contigua, divisa solo dall'esplanade (strada pedonale da passeggio).Tutto funzionante, dagli apparecchi domestici ai servizi igienici (box doccia perfetto).Ottimo dialogo con il proprietario.

Excellent séjour, l'appartement est idéalement situé, vue mer exceptionnelle à deux pas de la plage et des restaurants. L'appartement est spacieux et très bien équipé. Grand garage. Accueil très sympathique. Nous y reviendrons volontiers l'année prochaine.

Appart vue mer

Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral, Balkon mit phantastischem Meerblick. Die Ausstattung ist teilweise etwas in die Jahre gekommen, teilweise auch modern und gemütlich. Das Haus ist etwas hellhörig, wir hatten jedoch keine Nachbarn in dieser Woche und so war es schön ruhig. Wenn man diese Wohnung bucht, sollte man wissen, daß man Handtücher und Bettwäsche selbst mitbringen muß, eine Kaution zu hinterlegen hat, sowie eine Endreinigung selbst auszuführen hat. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und jederzeit erreichbar.

Permettez moi de confirmer que cet appartement très lumineux bénéficie d'une vue exceptionnelle .Les meubles sont en rapport avec sa vocation de lieu de vacances de bord de mer . D'autre part comme signalé dans le descriptif le linge de lit et de maison n'est pas prévu .L'appartement est proposé dans un parfait état d'entretien et de propreté : le locataire doit effectuer le ménage avant le départ , sinon un forfait de ménage est proposé .. Notre relation fut par ailleurs très facile

A proximité de tout, nous avons profité de la plage et des restaurants. L’initiation au char à voile et la balade à cheval dans la baie d’authie ont été une superbe expérience.

Très bon séjour.

Excellent séjour, dans un appartement propre, bien situé avec un garage pour deux voire trois voitures selon la taille des véhicules. Concernant les ordures ménagères, beaucoup de points de collecte présents sur la plage et la digue. Si il y a un bémol à faire, et c'est vraiment pour être très pointilleux, je dirai les ustensiles de cuisine (présence d'un four mais de gants de four pour sortir les plats). Cela ne remets absolument pas en cause la qualité du logement ni du séjour, mais peut-être une petite piste d'amélioration.

Appartement idéalement situé

Dans l'ensemble plutôt bien, en bas sympa, vue imprenable , le garage est un plus, mais graisser la porte très bruyante, c'est une catastrophe. A l'étage bonne disposition mais la literie mériterait un rafraichissement. Les petits enfants ont adoré et ce sont essayé au cerf-volant. On est reparti plus tôt parce que les petits devaient rentrer le mercredi matin.

Merci .Graisser les portes de garage en bord de mer ne permet pas de résoudre tous les problèmes , cela a été fait très récemment . Elles sont en inox , bruyantes , sans être vraiment une catastrophe , mais résistent aux intempéries Quant à la literie cela mérite réflexion . Je retiens les éléments positifs.

Dommage qu'il n'y ai pas de Wi-Fi, garage difficilement accessible avec un van et certaines prises défectueuses ; pas de containers à ordures ménagères proche. Très belle vue ; proche de la plage et de la ville . Appartement spacieux .

Le wi-fi pose un problème quant à son efficacité en bord de mer .Il n 'était pas spécifié dans l'annonce .Certes le garage peut être difficile d'accès pour un van , mais il est d'accès facile pour la très grande majorité des véhicules (facilement deux voitures) ; Enfin le problème des ordures ménagères est certain . cela dépend de la municipalité et va devoir être mieux résolu .Certaines prises ne devaient pas être défectueuses mais commandees par l'interrupteur mural. cordialement
