Welcome to Bredannaz!
Nestled on a hillside overlooking the lake, this modern apartment is perfect for your family holiday.
Perfectly equipped, it is located between the lake and the bike path. Right in front of the parking lot is the bicycle café "Au coup de pompe", which will allow you to rent bicycles or just drink a drink in summer!
Housing:
The ground floor has a fully equipped kitchen open to a large living room, as well as a bathroom and separate toilet. From the large windows of the living room you will enjoy a breathtaking view of the lake and the mountains. You can have breakfast in the sun on the west-facing terrace.
Upstairs you will find the bedrooms, both equipped with double beds and storage, as well as a relaxation room for children and toilet.
Note: the road along the lake, this road is about thirty meters below the terrace from which we hear the passage of cars. The accommodation is equipped with double glazing so no nuisances inside.
A garage for bicycles or motorcycles is also available.
You will be greeted by our concierge between 4pm and 9pm, with possibility to arrive earlier if the accommodation is already free. After 9pm, an additional €20 will be charged if a stand-alone arrival solution is not found.
Departure time is 10:00 AM.
