Wonderful location in the heart of Malcesine

We have no negative comments to make. A beautiful flat in a lovely setting overlooking the harbour. Lidia was an attentive host who replied to our questions speedily. Unfortunately the Vrbo app presents itself in french not english which was inconvenient.

Stunning apartment, superb location

A beautiful spacious apartment immaculately prepared for our visit. Easily accessible by the lift to the second floor. The small balcony gave brilliant views out over the harbour and lake. The beds and bed linen were really comfortable and the shutters ensured a great sleep.The kitchen was well equipped with all one would need to prepare a full meal, though we ate out when we stayed!Malcesine is a beautiful town with so much to see and do. You could happily stay here for the week or like us use the buses and boats to see more of the wider area.The host Stefano from the hotel san marco next door ensured any snags we did experience were quickly resolved. We loved our stay and hope to return. Would highly recommend.

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit in Malcesine. Die Ferienwohnung hat uns gut gefallen. Vom ersten bis zum letzten Tag haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Check-In verlief reibungslos und die Kommunikation mit den Angestellten im Hotel San Marco verlief bestens. Die Lage ist sehr zentral direkt am kleinen Hafen und von dort aus ist alles perfekt zu Fuss erreichbar. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön eingerichtet und schön lichtdurchflutet. Von dem kleinen Balkon aus hat man eine traumhafte Aussicht auf den Hafen von Malcesine.Die kleine offene Wohnküche war ausreichend eingerichtet. In Italien hätten wir jedoch nicht mit einer Filter Kaffeemaschine gerechnet. In dem kleinen Schlafzimmer auf der linken Seite waren die Matratzen leider sehr durch gelegen, so dass man nach der Zeit Rückenschmerzen bekommen hat. Neue Matratzen würden die Schlafqualität deutlich verbessern. Wir empfehlen ihre Ferienwohnung gerne weiter.

Nie wieder diese Unterkunft

Leider wurde in dieser Unterkunft uns nicht mitgeteilt, dass es keine Klimaanlage gab. Wir hatten nur 2 Ventilatoren und ein dritter musste erst von deren Unterkunft gekauft werden. In dem einen Schlafzimmer fiel immer die Türzarge ab. Die Liegen waren nicht zum schlafen für Erwachsene geeignet, da Sie nur ca. 60 cm breit und defekt waren. Die Balkonmöbel waren verrostet und man konnte sich darauf eigentlich nicht aufhalten. Wir würden uns freuen wenn wir von unserem gezahlten Betrag von ca. 2.600 € einen Entschädigung von ca. 500 € zurück bekommen würden. Denn der volle Betrag ist nicht im geringsten wert für diese Unterkunft. Falls sie Bilder benötigen können wir diese nachreichen.

Wir haben hier 10 entspannte Tage verbracht und Malcesine direkt genossen. Die Vermieter waren sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Tolle Lage, aber lustlos eingerichtet

Die Wohnung liegt direkt am Hafenbecken in Malcesine und ist über eine Aufzug gut erreichbar (wenn dieser nicht gerade zwei Tage gewartet wird). Durch die tolle Lage ist die Wognung mit Gepäck nur schwer erreichbar. Morgens zwischen sieben und zehn Uhr kann man mit dem Auto vorfahren. Die Wohnunh wurde kurz nach der Buchung aus dem Portal genommen. So konnten wir die Buchung nicht mehr kontrollieren. Unsere Wohnung hatte daher nur ein Schlafzimmer, keine Waschmaschine, Spülmschine oder ähnliches. Zudem hallte die Wohnung, was an der spärlichen Ausstattung lag. Einzig der Kellner vom zugehörigen Hotel San Marco war einsame Spitze. Nur wegen Ihm kommen wir noch mal wieder dorthin.

Würde ich nicht mehr buchen

Die Wohnung war von der Lage sehr schön direkt im Hafen, nur war sie sehr hellhörig. Die Gastronomie rundherum hat ab 7.00 morgens Ihre Getränke und ihre Vorräte aufgefüllt,sodas man nicht mehr schlafen konnte.Das Schlafzimmer lag direkt darüber. Mit kleinen Kindern würde ich dort nicht wohnen,weil die Steckdosen zum Teil aus der Wand hingen z.B. Badezimmer und Wohnzimmer. Die Putzuntensielien waren total verdreckt z. B. Waschlappen,Schrubber,etc.es gab keine Geschirrhandtücher und erst nach Anfrage einen Toaster.Insgesamt war die Wohnung nicht mehr als 2 Sterne werd,die Lage 3Sterne

Spacious property in an amazing location.

Our 5th visit to Malcesine but our 1st stay in this property as we usually stay in the Hotel Casa Barca or Hotel Dolomiti. We had friends join us on this holiday so wanted the flexibility of a self catering apartment. Property has amazing views and is in an incredible central location at the small harbour in Malcesine. Only niggle with property was that it lacked wine glasses (nitpicking here) but it is run by the Hotel San Marco next door who happily provided us with some when we asked. Will happily book this location for our next visit.
