This 80 mÂČ house is located a stone's throw from the Baltimore promenade, which will take you to the Notre Dame de la Joie Chapel along the ocean, the walk is a very popular place for walkers, cyclists and joggers who like to enjoy the beautiful landscapes that Penmarc'h offers.
The garden of this house is a real asset, it is furnished and fenced, you can relax there in peace. The outdoor area also has a 10 mÂČ terrace, it is the perfect breakfast corner to start a good day.
