Surrounded by a stone wall, the combination of typical rustic-Greek details and modern architecture and technology were combined in this holiday home. Inside the lower floor to be rented there are 2 bedrooms, a shower with raindance / massage jets, toilet.
 2 inverter air conditioners, flat screen TV with satellite and DVD player, music system and WiFi internet are a matter of course, as well as a fully equipped, modern kitchen with all the refinements and equipment such as dishwasher, ceramic hob, oven, coffee machine, kettle and others any electr. Small appliances. The directly accessible covered terrace, as well as the forecourt paved with typical natural stones with a 2x1 m marble table is ideal for cozy barbecues or relaxing hours with your loved ones. Through the sole use of the house and the entire property as well as the pool area, 100% privacy is guaranteed
In the small annex (Apotiki) there is a washing machine, pool and beach equipment.
A gas ceramic stone grill and a Weber kettle grill, garden furniture and beach chairs are also part of the basic equipment. Evening lighting makes the property and the pool area one of the most romantic places in the Peleponnes. The gently sloping sandy beach, which is probably one of the most beautiful on the entire peninsula, can be easily reached on foot in 4 minutes. and then take a refreshing bath in the crystal clear, turquoise water.

A very well equipped villa, in a great location very close to the beach. The pool and outside area were very pleasant with a variety of seating areas. The host responed to any requests promptly to ensure our stay was comfortable.

Tolles Ferienhaus mit Pool sehr nah am Strand.

Wir können das Haus absolut empfehlen. (Familie mit Junge 15 J). Im Haus fehlte es uns an nichts, die Ausstattung ist modern und durchdacht. Die Lage ist abseits von Trubel und an einem sehr schönen Sandstrand gelegen,(3 Minuten zu Fuß und für Kinder top). Klimaanlagen laufen gut. Dazu 2 Ventilatoren. Einer stand stets auf der Terrasse. Wir waren im Hochsommer dort. Es war extrem heiß. Das Wasser wurde aufgrund von Wasserknappheit durch die Regierung 1 x wöchentlich für 12 Std abgestellt. Der große Pool, die Außendusche und das nahe Meer helfen gut bei der Abkühlung. Der Außenbereich ist gemütlich. Eine große Holzkohle-Grillstation wurde von uns rege genutzt. Ein Auto ist erforderlich und kann direkt am Haus geparkt werden. Vorsicht: Es führen von der Hauptstraße 2 befahrbare Wege zum Haus.Von Kalamata kommend hinter der Tankstelle links fahren. Super Zufahrt mit jedem Auto. Wir haben Ausflüge zu fast karibischen Stränden, einem Wasserfall, einer Höhle, uralten sehenswerten Festungen/Ruinen gemacht. Bis maximal 70 Minuten Fahrt. Im Ort Koroni kann man ein wenig Shoppen, morgens frischer Fisch und gut und günstig Essen gehen. Sonntagmorgens ist am Hafen ein kleiner einheimischer Markt. 2 Supermärkte im Umfeld. Beide teuer. Tipp:Großeinkauf bei Lidl in Kalamata, 55 Min. Fahrt, Sonntags zu. Viele nette Katzen am Haus. Wlan top. Wir haben uns im Haus wirklich sehr wohl gefühlt. 100% Weiterempfehlung. Danke an Erwin für den schönen Urlaub.

Schöner Aufenthalt

Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt. Das Haus und v.a. die Küche sind super ausgestattet und der Pool war als Abwechslung zu den Stränden toll. Das Haus ist funktionell eingerichtet; es ist vor allem der Aussenbereich der schön ist. Der Vermieter hat auf Fragen rasch geantwortet. Der Preis ist nicht eben günstig aber insgesamt angemessen.

Einfach nur traumhaft

Wir waren 11 Tage in der Villa Koroni und es war super. Der private Pool war für unseren Sohn das Highlight. Das Haus liegt ca. 400 Meter vom Strand entfernt, an dem wir vormittags bis ca 11 Uhr meist alleine waren. Das Haus ist top ausgestattet: Spielzeug, Liegen, Sonnenschirme, Bücher alles vorhanden. Im Haus sind alle möglichen Elektrogeräte und haltbaren Lebensmittel da, so dass man eine super Grundausstattung hat. Wir waren absolut begeistert!

Highlight stay of our month away

We had a great 2 weeks stayiny in Villa Koroni. We always go self catering and we have never been to such a well equipped villa. We swam everyday at the deserted beach just a short walk away with crystal clear water. We walked to Koroni for dinner a couple of times, a 40 minute walk through olive groves, but did get a taxi back the last time. We spent a lot of time around the pool and used the BBQ a lot. It's a perfect location for relaxation. Erwin was really easy to communicate with and very quick to respond when we had questions.

Erholung ist hier garantiert

Vielen Dank an Herrn Müllner, das wir dieses herrliche Domizil mieten durften. Hier ist Erholung garantiert. Das Haus ist sehr gepflegt und mit allem ausgestattet. Die Außenanlage sowie der Pool waren unser Highlight. Selbst nachts kann man hier bei sehr schöner Beleuchtung nochmal in den Pool. Auch der nahegelegene Strand ist sehr zu empfehlen. Sandstrand bis weit ins Meer und in max. 5 Minuten erreichbar. Die Kommunikation mit Herrn Müllner war schnell, unkompliziert und immer zufriedenstellend. Dieses Feriendomizil haben wir bereits weiter empfohlen und kommen selber auch gerne wieder.

Gute Lage - Preis-Leistung nicht ok

Anreise: Wir haben das Haus für 10 Tage gebucht (3.-13. August). Das Haus ist leider nur durch einen Schotterweg erreichbar, der sehr eng ist und kaum zwei Autos vorbeikommen. Da sich in der Nähe der Ferienwohnung der schöne Sandstrand von Agia Triada befindet, kommen viele Einheimische um zu baden. Die Gegend ist sehr schön. Das Haus ist für 4 Personen zu klein, da es 2 Schlafzimmer, 1 kleines Bad und eine Küche besitzt wo auch ein kleines TV Gerät steht. Am besten man bucht das Haus zu zweit. Deutsches Fernsehen ist vorhanden, griechische TV-Sender (bei Waldbrändezeit sehr wichtig) haben wir leider nicht empfangen. Der Pool ist gepflegt und mit einer professionellen Filteranlage ausgestattet. Badespaß garantiert. Morgen- und Mittagssonne ist vorhanden. Leider hat man nur von einer Stelle Sicht aufs Meer. Diese Stelle befindet sich oben am Pool. Für ein Auto existiert jeweils ein Abstellplatz am und im Haus. Im Haus sind alle wichtigen Dinge vorhanden. Waschmaschine, Geschirrspüler, großer Kühlschrank, Klimaanlage, Fön, Kaffeemaschine, TV, Grill, Handtücher, Schirme für den Strand etc. Viele Wespen (Wespennest direkt unter dem Dach am Eingang) machten das Frühstücken am Tisch sehr unangenehm. Wir haben uns leider nicht gerne im oder außerhalb vom Haus bewegt. Unser Fazit: Ein schönes Haus mit vielen Annehmlichkeiten, doch der Preis ist zu der Leistung zu hoch!

Réellement très bien

La maison est confortable, il y a vraiment tout ce qu’il faut pour satisfaire les besoins de clients exigeants. Personnellement, j’ai trouvé que tout ce que Erwin met à disposition est généreux. Le seul bémol, c’est que internet était en panne, et, Erwin étant absent, le routeur à l’étage chez lui, personne n’est venu pour le remettre en service. J’ai pu gérer ce problème avec ma connexion 4G, mais ce n’était pas optimum. Bien vérifier et exiger que Internet soit opérationnel et je conseillerai à Erwin d’avoir, en cas d’absence, la possibilité de dépanner. A part ça, c’est un endroit idéalement placé que je recommande, la piscine est très sympa.

Einfach perfekt

Der Weg zum Objekt war (zumindest am ersten Tag) ein wenig gewöhnungsbedürftig, da die "Straße" doch sehr eng und holprig war. ABER: Dort angekommen wurde man hierfür mehr als entschädigt. Das Ferienhaus, hier insbesondere der Garten mit dem Pool und unzähligen kleinen Eckchen in denen es Sitz-und Liegemöglichkeiten gab, war liebevoll gestaltet und sehr gepflegt. Auch die Ausendusche war für uns ein echtes Highlight :-) Im Ferienhaus selber hat man wirklich ALLES an Ausstattung und Zubehör gefunden, was man für den Aufenthalt benötigt (Handtücher, Grundlebensmittel, Masken, Handtücher, Poolnudeln, einige Bücher etc.). Für uns beide war im Haus mehr als genug Platz. Für größere Familien könnte es, insbesondere bei längerem Aufenthalt etwas "eng" im Haus werden, da viele der Schränke (dadurch, dass es so gut ausgestattet ist) schon belegt sind und es bis auf die große Wohnküche wenig Sitzmöglichkeiten im Inneren gibt. Aber solange das Wetter gut ist, kann man auch (wie schon beschrieben) auf die vielen Sitzmöglichkeiten des Gartens ausweichen. Die Kommunikation mit Herrn Müllner verlief reibungslos und sehr schnell. Er war bemüht unseren Anliegen und Fragen so schnell wie möglich nachzukommen. Der Strand, zu dem man tatsächlich nur 2-3 Minütchen läuft, war wunderschön und sehr sauber. Man sollte allerdings nicht zu spät am Nachmittag kommen, wenn man sich am Strand sonnen möchte, da die Sonne ab ca. 16 Uhr den Strand nicht mehr bescheint. Bei durchgehend heißen Temperaturen um die 30 Grad, hat es uns aber nicht wirklich gestört mal im Schatten zu liegen :-) Viele Sehenswürdigkeiten erreicht man in 1-2 Stunden Fahrzeit, sodass man von hier aus auch gut Tagesausflüge machen kann. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten/ Essensmöglichkeiten gibt es in ca. 5-10 Autominuten Entfernung. Alles in allem war der Urlaub in dem Objekt für uns einfach perfekt. Wir hatten wunderschöne und vor allem entspannende Flitterwochen und würden das Objekt allen, die Ruhe und Erholung suchen uneingeschränkt empfehlen. Wenn es uns künftig wieder in diese Ecke von Griechenland zieht, würden auch wir das Haus immer wieder buchen :-)

Kleines Paradies

Das Haus ist ruhig in ländlicher Umgebung gelegen. Es ist super-komplett ausgestattet - so wie ich mein eigenes Ferienhaus ausstatten würde. Der Pool und die unterschiedlichen Tische/Sitzgruppen und Liegen im Garten sind toll und bieten für jeden etwas. Strand (fußläufig in 3 Minuten), Restaurants und Supermärkte sind in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen. Ideal für Paare oder Familien, die Entspannung und Natur suchen.

ausgezeichnete Unterkunft

Ausgezeichnete Unterkunft. Ausgezeichneter Zustand des Objekts. Sehr gepflegt und sauber. Ausgezeichnete Kommunikation und beste Betreuung mit/durch Vermieter. Ideal für Familien abseits des Tourismus. Eingeschränkte Flugverbindungen (nicht täglich), somit langfristige Planung notwendig. Mit Auto ist die lokale Infrastruktur innerhalb weniger Minuten sehr gut erreichbar. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder. Familie mit 3 Kindern im Alter 2-10.
