This lovely apartment, completely renovated in January 2025, is perfectly equipped and tastefully decorated. It's located in a well-maintained residence just steps from the beach!

You'll be delighted by its brightness thanks to its orientation (sun from midday until sunset) and its spacious loggia with sea views.

It comprises: an entrance hall with storage, a living room with a sofa bed for two and a TV.

A fully equipped kitchenette: refrigerator, ceramic hob, washing machine, and microwave.

A bedroom with a double bed (140 cm) and a TV.

A shower room with toilet.

Ideal for a pleasant family holiday by the sea!

Please note that linens (sheets, towels, tablecloths, and tea towels) are not provided.

Cleaning is your responsibility at the end of your stay.

An end-of-stay cleaning option is available for €60 (please specify at least 48 hours before arrival).

Bed linen and towels can be rented for an additional fee (please specify at least 48 hours before arrival).

Free street parking is available. Parking is also available upon request in a neighboring residence.

très bon emplacement car proche mer mais toutefois un peu éloigné du centre ville pour un parcours à pieds. Cadre agréable.

Appartement bien situé

Appartement bien situer. Dommage les placards étaient pleins, nous n'avons pas pu y mettre nos affaires .... Nous avons du les laisser dans nos valises ... Pas de parking privé, Quelques places gratuites à l'exterieur de la résidence , faut chercher un peu plus loin mais toutes sont vites occupées. Pas pratique pour les personnes à mobilité réduite... Sinon ils restent des places payantes, donc prévoir le budget ... Cependant , il y a un ascenseur pour aller dans les etages , trés pratique... Dans l'ensemble nous avons passés un bon séjour. Nous avons eu beau temps , la plage est proche et les commerces aussi ..

Bien globalement mais ménage à désirer

Emplacement et rapport qualité-prix ok mais l'appartement était poussiéreux (table basse, meuble télé) et les WC, le sol et la terrasse n'étaient nets.
