Great space for families traveling together

This location was perfect for our two larger-sized families during a trip to Silver Dollar City. We enjoyed having the connecting spaces and the feeling of being in a secluded location, but actually only moments away from all of the fun.

Nice facility but not clean

The location and set up of the properties were nice. The thing that was really noticeable was the cleanliness or lack thereof. With COVID I would have expected much better from such a nice facility. It just made the stay uncomfortable.

Your review is concerning to us. We have an extremely high standard for cleanliness, and while no one is perfect, we strive to be the absolute best for our Guests. During your 5 night stay with us, we were never notified of any issue. We would have very much liked the opportunity to immediately address and resolve your concern, and ensure your total satisfaction with the Cabins. The one star review is not reflective of our multi-step process to ensure our Cabins are 100 percent satisfactory; I only wish that we had been granted a chance to make sure your stay was perfect. Perhaps you will be kind enough to give us that chance in the future. We would love a chance to show you why we at Thousand Hills Vacations are Branson's most popular vacation spot for thousands of repeat Guests every year. Kindly, Starry G. Rental Manager
