PORT-ROUSSE - Aux Portes des Marais
Charming house of 77m², located in the small village of la Roulière. It still retains traces of its harbour past still visible in several places in this small village of sauniers. It is one of the last «old ports» located along the Chnoue (basin of water between the marshes and the ocean)
Beautiful bike rides or hikes will take you along the wild coast, to the state forest, the marshes or to the Grande Plage des Sables d'Olonne, its embankment, its shopping streets, its fishing port and marina (the latter located 1km away). The slopes are at the foot of the house.
The house consists of 2 bedrooms, each with TV and plenty of storage. One with a bed 180x200, the other with two twin beds of 90 that can get closer and form a bed of 180 also.
A living-dining room with TV, wifi
A fully equipped kitchen refrigerator, freezer, oven, stove, microwave, kettle, coffee maker filters, toaster, dishwasher.
A veranda facing the Chnoue
Separate toilet and shower room
A terrace with table, chairs, parasol and plancha gas.
Free parking in front of the house, 2 adult bikes are available in the garage. This can allow you to store your beach belongings, surfs, bicycles or others.
Cleaning is included to make the most of your stay.
Linen is not provided but can be rented from the concierge if necessary.
