Every ceiling is different. It was build over 4 years. Many precious material havebeen used to give you a very warm feeling. It is fully equipped with Crestron house electronical control for different media sources and all the technique. It has free WiFi, WiFi, Internet, telephone. 40. 000m of electric cable transform the house into a very comfortable villa controlled with i-pads. Many pieces of art and pictures comfort your eyes.

The house has been designed as a luxury peace of art. Every room has been designed in a different way. The media, lights, heating and facilities are run by i-Pad configuration. All media can be accessed without any remote controls. You have 9 TVs plus 3 large screens for beamers. Every room has loudspeakers in the ceiling. There is one main kitchen in the ground floor. Fully equipped. The outside terrace has a glass table with 8 chairs-swivel-rockers and is heated by infrared.

You want to receive your own doorkey and transponder keys for the duration of your stay. You enter your villa either by the main entrance or by the separate entrance. You can come and go at any time as you please.
You have access to the whole house including the 1700sqm garden with two terraces and a sun deck at the pond. The outside terrace has a glass table with 8 chairs-swivel-rockers and has an extra 10 KW heating by infrared. In the garden the children can use the whole playground around the big tree house, which has electric heating, stereo, sofa and painting table. From above, the long slide goes directly into the sandpit. The large 4-kids-swing and the trampolines are in high demand. Or jump into the pond and have a warm outdoor shower afterwards.

My guests can enjoy complete seclusion and tranquility. You want to be on your own. But you are so welcome to take part in the life of the house. You can enter and go as you please - day and night. A caretaker-cleaner comes once a week to maintain the house, changes your towels and bedsheets and so takes care of your rooms. On your request you can use her and she can come more times a week. I can help you finding a nanny, a cooker or even a Muslim cooker.

Great stay

A great house and a very friendly and responsive host. Kids loved the garden with a swing and a trampoline. Shops and trainstation are a 20 minute walk away. There’s a huge forest right next to the house which is great for runs and walks.

Wir hatten eine fantastische Zeit in diesem außergewöhnlichen Traumhaus und würden jederzeit wieder hier buchen. Es kommt jeder auf seine Kosten, es fehlt an absolut nichts, weder drinnen noch draußen, auch an die Kinder ist gedacht mit eigenem Spielzimmer, Schaukeln im Spielzimmer und Wohnzimmer, Trampolin und Baumhaus im Garten. Bequeme Betten, großzügige Bäder, komplett ausgestattete Küche, Massagesessel etc. etc., man kann unmöglich die komplette komfortable Ausstattung aufzählen... aber erwähnen möchte ich noch den netten Vermieter, der über WhatsApp erreichbar ist und sehr zeitnah antwortet, Check in war perfekt und Check out ist erst um 13 Uhr, total entspannt....einfach ein Traum! Tausend Dank auch nochmal an dieser Stelle an Stefan 😍

Ein besonderes Erlebnis!

Ein Haus, bei dem es an Nichts fehlte! Perfekt ausgestattet! Ein Spaziergang durch viele Epochen, z.B. unterschiedlichste Gemälde, schöne und besondere Einrichtungsgegenstände und Kunstobjekte. Die technischen Raffinessen haben uns manches Rätsel aufgegeben, aber dank eines versierten Schwiegersohnes und eines pfiffigen Enkelsohnes konnten wir die herausragende Technik komplett ausschöpfen und genießen! Etwas worauf wir sehr gerne verzichtet hätten war ein echter Elefantenfuß als Beistelltisch, der uns entsetzt hat und zudem waren in Glasvitrinen Korallen ausgestellt! Beides ist mit unserem Umweltverständnis und unserer Tierliebe absolut nicht vertretbar!

Tolle Villa mit super Vermietern

6 days in Hamburg with friend.

We were a group of 7 adults staying at this lovely home. It was as shown in the listing. It was very spacious and the kitchen was a very good size. It is in a very lovely neighborhood and we enjoyed taking walks each morning to the town square for fresh pastries and coffee. Of course, that wasn't necessary because there are two Miele coffee/espresso machine's one in the kitchen and one in the Master Bedroom. The house is fully automated which may be a problem for the non-techie type like my husband, but there are very good directions for operating things. The grounds were stunning and we wished we had time to have a BBQ outside during our stay but it didn't work out. We were pleasantly surprised to find the metro about a 15 min. walk from the house which takes you right into downtown Hamburg in about 30 min. I would highly recommend this house of anyone wanting to stay anywhere near Hamburg. It is simply beautiful!

Angenehmer Aufenthalt mit vielen Extras

Es war ein runder Aufenthalt. Sowohl mit der Zeit war es flexibel als auch bei Verständnisproblemen mit der Bedienung der Technik wurde zeitnah geholfen. Massagesessel und Gasgrill haben den Abend rund gemacht. Von der Technik her gab es keine HDMI Kabel um Rechner o.A. anzuschließen aber über Apple TV hat sich auch das einfach lösen lassen.

Luxurious but cosy

This luxurious villa with 6 separate bedrooms is a lust for the eye. This house has it all. Besides being luxurious it still has a cosy atmosphere and a beautiful garden. We came here with a large group, so we rented the entire place. This house doesn't make it feel crowded because of all the space, separate rooms, bathrooms, kitchens etc. Minor detail: in my opinion it is to difficult to get to know all the functionalities as everything is controlled through an i-pad, even though there are manuals. Besides, the more functionalities the more things can disfunction (eg. a jacuzzi)..

Why they chose this property

I bought this house because it has a huge surface of about 510 sqm all over all. It has many rooms for many family members. Everybody can have his own room. There is even plenty of room for guests to stay for some time at my house. The house is located in a green area with many kilometers of nature and forests. For the children it is a superb playground. The location is absolutely quiet. You can not hear any cars, trains, planes or whatsoever. Only the many birds you can hear.

What makes this property unique

The house has been disgned as a luxury peace of art. Every room has been designed in a different way. The media, lights, heating and facilities are run by i-Pad configuration. All media can be easily accessed without any remote controls. You have 8 TVs plus 3 large screens for beamers.Pure home cinema. Every room has loudspeakers in the ceiling. Four rooms are fully Dolby surround sound. There is one kitchen in the basement and the master kitchen in the groundfloor. Both are fully equipped with plates, pots and pans. The outside terrace has a glas table with 8 chairs-swivel-rockers and has an extra 10 Kw heating by infrared.
You have access to the whole house including the 1600 sqm garden, with pond, treehouse, playground for children.
You will live here on your own. A caretaker-cleaner comes once a week to maintain the house and take care of you.
