We had the best stay on Balboa Peninsula! The property was easy to check into, sparkling clean, and well stocked with cooking supplies (even stainless steel pans). It’s in prime location with a very short walk to the beach. There are bikes to use and so many beach toys and supplies. This was one of our favorite vacation rentals, and we’re already looking forward to coming back!

Absolutely loved this place! It was perfect for the 4 of us on a girls weekend! Steps away from the beach. The place was very clean and updated. There wasn’t anything we needed that wasn’t there already. Host was super communicative. Parking was a slight challenge since we had 2 cars. The was a very large work van that was parked on the street in front of the house that was a total bummer blocking view. Certainly not owners fault.

36 years of summers at Newport and this unit would rank #1. Everything in the house worked. No issues, clean, hot water, plus they had good beach chairs bikes and other beach toys. In unit laundry. Parking was tight that may be the only slight negative. Next year we will rent the full home up and down

We had a great stay at 39th street. The place was EXTREMELY clean and comfortable. Great location near beach and walkable to restaurants. We really appreciated the bikes, wet suits, surfboards and laundry. Nice to have parking as well.Host was responsive when we had questions. Definitely a great place to stay!

Absolutely the Best place to stay in Newport Beach. Beach you can see from the house, super short walk, extremely well stocked on everything! Nice to have garage parking off street as it is very crowded with cars. Lisa is by far the best host I’ve ever had (we travel often) If ever back in Newport I’ll definitely rent this spot again.

Loved everything about this clean modern beach house! From the clear communication before our trip to the comfy beds, cute beach decor and perfect location, what more can you ask for. There are also 7 beach cruisers with locks for our use along with beach chairs, umbrellas, wet suits, boogie boards, volley balls, etc. Did I mention the perfect location steps from the beach…Very clean and well maintained. Can get a little noisy depending on who is renting upstairs. Garage is tight for two cars but doable, else street parking was easy during spring break.We would definitely stay here again during our next trip to Newport!
