This 19th century reconverted sheep barn with stone walls is semi-detached and next to owner's. Situated in a hamlet close to RD 10, it offers calm and peaceful surroundings at the heart of vineyards. St Emilion: 25 km, Bordeaux: 35 km, Libourne:10 km. Enclosed garden with large terrace and horse meadows in vicinity. Large open space living room (50 sq yds) with kitchen (microwave)/dining area/lounge. 3 bedrooms (2 single and 2 double beds). One has easy access to people with restricted mobility. Shower room with Italian shower, wc. Heating provided in option from October 1st untill April 30th. Sheets and bathroom linen to rent, house cleaning in option, kitchen linen provided for free. Domestic animals accepted but must be quiet and house-trained. Internet access.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour en famille. Nos hôtes, Stéphane et son épouse, sont d'une grande gentillesse, toujours disponibles, à l'écoute, réactifs et d'une très grande discrétion. Proche de Bordeaux et de sa région comme des domaines viticoles, le gite est grand, fonctionnel, confortable et très bien équipé. Les extérieurs de ce logement sont agréables où l'on peut facilement stationner son véhicule en toute sécurité. Situé en milieu rurale, il n'y a aucun bruit et on a le plaisir d'y séjourner dans un environnement calme et plaisant. Je recommande donc cette très bonne adresse et envisage déjà d'y revenir. Gilles Jeanrot, un hôte très satisfait.
