You'll have a private and secure parking space in the residence and a secure shared garage for storing your bikes. The apartment consists of a beautiful, bright living room with a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area, and a TV lounge opening onto a loggia with garden furniture. A bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with a spacious shower and toilet are also available. The apartment is centrally heated with city gas. Air conditioning is available in the living room. Rental from Saturday to Saturday all year round. Badge entry, digital code, intercom, remote-controlled parking gate.
