About this property

House, with jacuzzi, close to the sea (less than 500 metres).

Ideal for a stay with friends or family, the house is located in the immediate vicinity of the sea, with direct access to a sandy beach.

Located on the Lido de la Marana, you will have the opportunity to take walks on the Biguglia pond to discover rich fauna and flora, and to quickly explore the entire Bastia region.

The air-conditioned house (95m²) includes:
- downstairs a living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom (160x200 bed) with dressing room, a shower room with WC and a veranda.
- upstairs, there is a sleeping area consisting of two 140x200 beds and a sofa (bench type).

You have a pleasant 300 m2 garden with sunbeds and a dining area.

A summer kitchen with barbecue (and plancha) will allow you to enjoy the private jacuzzi (included in the rental price from May to September).
Possibility of using the jacuzzi outside the period upon request and at an additional cost.

Also, you will find a shower room with WC in the garden, convenient when the beach is just a few steps away.

House linen (sheets and bath towels) are provided.
Beach towels are also available upon request and at an additional cost (5 euros per person).

You have two free parking spaces in front of the house.

Séjour parfait à Stella Baggia

Tout d'abord, la maison est idéalement située sur le cordon lagunaire de la Marana, vous pourrez vous rendre à la plage à pied. Ensuite, la maison est parfaitement équipée pour passer un séjour comme si vous étiez chez vous. L'extérieur est propice à la détente avec sa cuisine d'été et le jacuzzi. Nous étions avec nos deux enfants dont un bebe, Alice nous a gentiment mis tout le matériel de puériculture à disposition. Je recommande vraiment cette location si vous voulez passer d'excellents moments en famille ou en couple.
