SLEEPING FACILITIES: 5 pers. max. 1st BEDROOM: 140cm bed MEZZANINE: Clic Clac and 90cm bed. KITCHEN: Fridge-freezer, microwave, washing machine, 2-ceramic plates hob. SANITARY: bathroom with shower and sink. 2 separate WCs (downstairs and upstairs). TV. MAXIMUM ARRIVAL TIME 18H.
Important: this residence is quiet and family-friendly, which is why this accommodation is not suitable for groups of young people, and reserved for families. The opening of the swimming pool is subject to the authorization of the co-ownership and normally opens from 19/06 to 30/09, according to the meteo.
Deposit 250 € + 50 € returned upon departure after inventory and cleaning. IMPORTANT: beyond 6 p.m. and up to 8 p.m. max, the reception is possible with an additional cost of 80 € agreed in writing.
