Welcome to Beach Bliss: The Teal Door (Unit 120) — a fully renovated 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment steps from the sand in Jacksonville Beach. Walk out the door and you're on the beach in under 2 minutes.

The apartment sleeps 4 across two bedrooms, each with a queen bed and its own full bathroom — ideal for two couples or a small family who need separate sleeping and bathing spaces. The layout is open and easy, with a full kitchen for cooking in and a private deck off the kitchen where you can have morning coffee without sharing the space with other guests.

For families or couples planning longer stays, the full kitchen saves money on dining out — it comes stocked with a Keurig, coffee, olive oil, and the basics you need for real meals. The in-unit washer and dryer means you pack light and stay longer. Beach towels and chairs are included so you're not hauling gear from home. Fast 1 Gbps WiFi keeps remote workers covered and kids streaming through downtime.

The Teal Door sits on 10th Avenue North, which puts some of Jax Beach's best food within a short walk. Salt Life Food Shack is a 2-minute walk for fresh seafood after a beach day. Mellow Mushroom — craft beer and wood-fired pizza — is another 2-minute walk. Refinery Jax Beach, one of the area's top oceanview dinner spots, is 3 minutes on foot. The Jacksonville Beach Pier, a local landmark for fishing and sunrise walks, is an 8-minute walk. Engine 15 Brewing and Beaches Town Center are both about a 5-minute drive when you want to explore further.

Keyless entry makes check-in seamless — no coordination needed. The unit is stocked with full-size shampoo, conditioner, body wash, toilet paper, laundry detergent, and sound machines. Parking includes one dedicated space on premises plus easy free street parking. Note: there is one additional rental unit above this apartment, so light foot noise is possible — something to consider if you're a light sleeper.

Spring on Jax Beach means festival season is kicking off — the area hosts outdoor events through the warmer months and the ocean water is warming up fast.

A refundable security deposit or optional damage waiver may be required. Guests will be given the option to choose between a refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver prior to check-in.

Great Location 1 street from beautiful Jax Beach. The place was clean and laid out perfectly for my wife and I to enjoy a 5 day stay. The Kitchen was fantastic which we used several times and the living area was cozy. 2 bathrooms and 2 bedrooms so it could accommodate more. 3 minute walk to beach and close enough for everything else you would need. We loved it and I’m sure we’ll be back.

Just Right

We had a wonderful stay on our short vacation to Jax Beach. The location was so close to the beach with places to walk, shop and dine. It was very clean and cute with charm and decoration. Everything was easy and comfortable. Excited to go back!

A comfortable home near the beach for couples or a small family

This property was updated and we'll maintained and a very short walk to the beach and other nearby attractions (grocery, restaurants, parks). Amenities met our every need from kitchen supplies, to bedding and laundry. The owners communicated with us prior to and during our stay with pertinent information regarding checking in and out. We would definitely stay at this property again.

We came for a graduation and little play time. We were not disappointed by our accommodations! Well equipped, cozy and so close to the beach. The sound machines we very nice in the bedrooms.

Great location and very clean

This is a small two-bedroom bungalow that is extremely clean. It’s close to eating establishments and is even closer to the beach. There is a walk over about 100 yards from the house. There were were also plenty of supplies like toilet paper, trash bags and a Keurig. Great communication with the owner. Enjoyed our stay.

Great beach getaway

The property has all the comforts of home. Delighted to see how well the house was stocked with everyday stuff you need! The home is charming, cozy and very clean. The location to the beach is truly just a minute walk! Great for people of all ages. I stayed with my son and his wife. Looking forward to coming back with my grandson. Also Jacksonville zoo is worth the trip!!

Super comfy

We had a really good stay. The only downfall was the upstairs visitors were quite loud. We heard every footstep they took. Additionally, they had a dog that was running around playing at all hours. Other than that, the property was very nice and had almost everything we needed.

Short walk to beach

Location, location, location. The best thing about this rental is the proximity to the beach. The things I did not care for: weird stain on the shower curtain, could not open any curtains due to people seeing into the property, therefore was very dark inside, the rug in the living room was very dirty, the second bedroom is extremely tiny…the door bangs into the bed frame, the pillows on the died were flat and there were only two pillows for the bed, the exterior of the home is sad and worn, and there is not a dining table. We did appreciate the low cost and the ability to rent for just three nights.

Great for a long term stay

I was visiting Mayo Clinic for about three weeks. This home, as close as it was to the beach, was exactly 10 minutes (easy!!) drive to Mayo. Everything I needed for this stay was provided. And the house was bright and cherry--just what the doctor ordered ;) If your visit to Jacksonville is taking you to Mayo ( or the beach, or shopping, or St Augustine day tripping) then this is a wonderful choice. The owners were there IMMEDIATELY for every question and there were never any concerns. While I hope not to have to visit Mayo again soon, I would be delighted to stay at this charming home again on future visits. Thanks for making my stay such a success!

Clean and Comfortable!

This visit was our second time staying here, and we thoroughly enjoyed being here again! The location is near the beach and close to all that anyone needs for a fun vacation! It was clean, comfortable and well equipped for a wonderful visit!

Great location!! Spotless!!

This is a great little rental close to everything. The owners have remodeled the unit beautifully and I cannot stress how lovely it was to feel like the place had TRULY been cleaned thoroughly. I had a few questions before I booked our stay and the responsiveness of the management team was impressive and appreciated. I feel confident that had we had an issue during our stay, it would have been dealt with quickly and efficiently. I will definitely book again!

This place was EXCELLENT!

We absolutely LOVED staying at this location! The property was absolutely adorable, clean, so well equipped and the location was perfect. We have never been to Jacksonville Beach, and this place was a perfect place to start, the beach access was just steps away, the restaurants within walking distance were plentiful. The property was exactly as pictured online, the bedrooms even had sound machines, which was a blessing since I had forgotten my children’s. They had snacks and k-cups stocked, beach towels, chairs, even books and toys. The cleaning crew that cleaned the other units were super sweet and offered to clean and restock things if we needed. Seriously-I can not say enough about this place, we will definitely come back and stay here.

From our personal experience as Airbnb/VRBO guests to our professional experience in hospitality, we have strong opinions about how to make a guest feel comfortable in our spaces.

We are a husband and wife team running our hospitality and real estate investment business, and loving every minute of it. We are both West Point (BS) and Notre Dame (MBA) alums with backgrounds in finance and operations. We operate our own short and long term rental properties, but would be happy to talk to you about managing or co-hosting yours.
