Beautiful 2 bedroom, 2 bath oceanfront condo with a private balcony and unparalled views of the beach and ocean. The spacious living room has a large flat screen smart TV and a dining table that seats four people. The fully equipped kitchen also has views of the ocean. The master suite has a balcony with ocean views, a king bed and smart television. The second bedroom has a queen bed, bunk beds and smart televison, balcony access. Amenities include wireless internet, a combo washer and dryer, an oceanfront community outdoor and indoor pool, gym, and park. Easy beach access and close to an elevator. *Sleeps 6: , 1K, 1Q, and twin bunk beds LINENS PROVIDED. Linen Package includes sheets and bath towels. NO SMOKING and NO PETS ALLOWED. Due to Hurricane Florence the indoor pool and hottub is closed for repairs. The outdoor pool will open year round. This rental does not come with toiletries, it is just like renting a beach house, you must bring your own toiletries such as toilet paper, shampoo, soap...etc. **Tenant agrees to pay $25/each for any parking pass /$50 amenty fobs not returned. Bedding may differ from pictures due to being updated/replaced during the season.

Excellent experience. The owner was extremely responsive and helpful when we had questions prior to our visit. The unit was extremely clean, in a great location with a lovely view of the ocean. Would definitely stay there again!

Do not rent this condo. Everything in it is from the dollar store, including the can opener that wouldn’t even open a can. We had to use a knife. There is weirdly an electronic trash can and shower panel, but they could have saved that money and bought their pots, pans, utensils and other items at Walmart, at least, instead. More than one sheet pan would be great. Glass wine glasses would be awesome. Also - even if you follow the checkout instructions, be prepared to get charged for existing condo problems or minute things you forgot to do, such as pick up a pillowcase off the floor. Speaking of the sheets - when I’m paying this much for a condo, I expect the sheets to be placed on the beds, not to have to do it myself. But I guess I should expect to be nickel and dimed when everything there is so cheap. Additionally - this is the fourth condo at the St. Regis I’ve stayed in. I’ve never stayed in one without a couple rolls of toilet paper, a trash bag or two - things to get you started. Again. Very cheap.Also, the beach completely disappears in front of the condo at the end of the day due to the dune restoration, so look elsewhere.

Thank you for your review. We're sorry the condo did not meet your expectations. We respectfully disagree with several statements in your review. We only assess charges when damage or excessive cleaning is documented after checkout, and in this case, photographs were provided through the VRBO Resolution Center. Our checkout instructions are simple and clearly communicated before arrival. We continuously invest in our property and maintain amenities that many guests have enjoyed. We appreciate your suggestions regarding kitchen items and will take them into consideration. As for the beach, dune restoration is managed by local authorities and is outside of any owner's control. We remain committed to providing a clean, well-maintained vacation home and encourage future guests to review the many positive experiences shared by other visitors.

We were there for a wedding on-site, so was very convenient for us! The wedding party ended up using it for getting ready, which was super nice. The unit is well equipped for a beach stay, down to including books for that beach read, puzzles and games- including video game unit, beach toys, fans, well- equipped kitchen, washer & dryer. We would stay there again, esp if planning a beach vacation! Thank you.

Great property - like home away from home

We loved how comfortable all of the beds were in the house and the tile floors were easy to sweep excess sand from. The dual shower heads in the master bathroom were great for getting the salt water and chlorine out of the kids hair, and there were plenty of hooks to hang things to dry overnight. Of course the beach was great, but we also loved the pool, fitness room, playground, Coffee Joy in the morning, and Topsail Treats in the evenings! Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property!

Great, quiet place to stay

Very quiet place to stay, clean and overall satisfied. Top bunk was a little wobbly but luckily didn’t have to use that. Other than that, great stay!

Great stay!

We had a nice time at the St Regis and this property. Melissa was easy to work with and responded quickly. The resort was right on the beach! The condo was clean and worked perfectly for our family!

Great Condo

The condo was perfect. Ocean views, clean, puzzles, and a vacuum in case you’re weird like me and love the beach but hate the sand :)
