We really enjoyed our stay at the condo! It was clean, comfortable, and in a great location. The host was easy to communicate with and very responsive. We would definitely stay here again!

Our wedding week stay was amazing! Condo was quiet day and night. Pool area was awesome with the ocean view. Quick 20 second walk to the beach from condo. Condo is so cute and perfect! Host is very attentive and quick to respond when asking questions before our stay. We didn't need her during our stay as everything went just perfect! Thank you Amanda!

We stayed for 5 days at this beautiful condo that lead right to the beach. It’s a small and cozy condo property so we didn’t feel crowded. The community patio was clean with 2 grills, a pool and had a lot of lounges to rest in. Communication with the host (Amanda) was appreciated and we would definitely cm wider going back here again!

Amazing stay at Kīhei Sands! Such a cute condo, convenient to everything, but still a laid back area. When we come back, we will definitely book here. Highly recommend and host was super communicative and responds pretty quickly. We really didn’t have to message them though while there because they had everything we needed in that condo. Definitely book here!

Loved this property, it was exactly as described! I will definitely be back here and recommend it to others. Very clean, felt like home to me. Property was gorgeous and right on the beach. The balcony has a view of ocean and I saw other reviews complaining about the angle of the view, but the images posted for the property make it very clear that it is a side of building with a slim view. But it is still a view and you can eat out on patio. Or if you want full view, just walk a few steps to the property's shared patio, there are many tables. No complaints at all!!

Kihei Sands

We enjoyed our stay. This was our 4th visit to Kihei Sands (but the first time in this unit). The grounds are so well maintained, and the guests and office staff are very friendly.

Kihei Sands Condo on the beach in Kihei - Unit B3

This condo was amazing and close to everything! We walked on the beach every morning and enjoyed breakfast in the condo before exploring Maui each day. I highly recommend staying here!

Stress free getaway

This property was nothing shy of amazing! Footsteps away from the beach with everything we needed to enjoy our time! A very stress free trip with great communication! I Will definitely be recommending this property to family and friends and will be coming back!

Peaceful Stay!

Everyone was so friendly. Especially, the office manager, she was so kind and accommodating. The grounds were extra clean and well landscaped.

Perfect place!

The property was well supplied and perfect for our family. Loved that I could walk out the door and swim in the ocean. The central location was great and it was easy to access the entire island. We will be back!

the rental was beyond clean. We loved being able to see the water from the balcony! The patio and sand and water are just steps away! Highly recommend!

Found a great new place to stay

Have always stayed in Kaanapali - but things had to be a little different this year. This place in Kihei was very nice - beautiful view of the ocean from the patio. Pictures make the unit look a little larger than it actually is - but overall a great new place to stay😊

Good location, well stocked.

Centrally located and easy to get anywhere. Well stocked with beach chairs, umbrella , boogie board, snorkel gear, good beach towels, soft coolers. Lots of room for our family of four. Nice pool area and good bbqs. Air conditioning worked good and communication with owner was excellent.

Quaint and Intimate

Kihei sands is quaint and intimate. Its got everything you need to be able to get out and do things and still be able to come back and literally...steps off the patio still be able to enjoy being at the beach at all hours morning and night.

Welcoming community

Everything was great. The property is right on a great beach and is centrally located in the middle of east and west Maui, an easy car ride to everything. I would definitely recommend this property. It also has a great view of the sunset.

Great patio and beach location

Great beach for taking morning walks. Patio area was nice and close to ocean front. Could see lots of whale activity while sitting on the patio. Unit was smaller than pictures show but was still suitable for our needs. Would recommend staying here.

This property was very clean and very well maintained! It was perfect size for two couples. The parking spots are very tight to pull into. The beach and pool were great. Nice for couples wanting to relax and soak up some sun! Amanda the host was very friendly and efficient answering questions.

Much Needed Vacation

Our family came for a family wedding. The property had everything we could think of all the way down to dryer sheets and laundry soap. All the amenities were perfect. The location to the beach, which we were right on, was perfect. The location to all the different parts of the island for comparitive drive times, perfect. For us, it was a beautiful place to be.

Maui 2023

AMAZING PROPERTY! Perfect place for a small group. It was just my Wife and I, but could have comfortably had room for 4 to 6 people. Check in and out was so easy. And literally, steps from a phenomenal beach. Our stay was for 6 Days. Couldn't have asked for more. Would stay again and again...
