Completely renovated, consisting of four rooms open living overlooking the park hall with fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, a great room that includes the dining room and living room with sofa bed for two additional guests.
In the heart of down town it will be easy to move, no need to use the car.
Public parking spots all around down the building.
Visit the cellars of the House of Champagne Mercier (200m from the house) being in the cellars. Cinema, restaurants, bars, cafés, supermarket and shopping area around the house between 10m to 500m away.
