In the centre of the garden, a private jacuzzi is at your disposal. Protected by an arbour, it can be used in any season. Whether under a starry sky or on an overcast day, enjoy this top-of-the-range wellness area in an intimate, leafy setting. A Weber charcoal barbecue is also available for gourmet moments with family and friends. The terrace, bathed in light from midday to sunset, overlooks the garden and invites you to get together. Equipped with an outdoor seating area perfect for aperitifs and a spacious dining table, it's the ideal setting for sharing unforgettable outdoor moments. - Living area: The modern, fully-equipped open-plan kitchen is perfect for preparing tasty meals. A high table invites you to share convivial moments, while the cosy, bright lounge area is ideal for relaxing after a day of exploring.
- Facilities : Fully-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, oven and microwave. Three types of coffee maker (filter, pod, piston) and a kettle let you enjoy your favourite drink at breakfast. A smart TV, a Bluetooth turntable and a connected loudspeaker are also available.

The gîte can accommodate up to 6 people in three double bedrooms, each with a tasteful decor and top-of-the-range bedding for your well-being:
- Chambre Confidence: Bright and welcoming, with a queen-size bed (160x200).
- Crépuscule Room: Inspired by a bohemian style, this room offers a view of the garden and a practical workspace. Queen size bed (160x200).
- Pépite Room: Modular, with two single beds (80x190) to accommodate two adults or children.

For your comfort, the gîte has two shower rooms:
- On the ground floor, a spacious walk-in shower (90x90) with a toilet and contemporary vanity unit.
- Upstairs, a corner shower (80x80) with WC and washbasin unit.

- Laundry: a dedicated room with washing machine and tumble dryer.

Épernay town centre, with its restaurants, shops, Champagne houses and the Avenue de Champagne, is a 10-minute walk away. The region's must-see sites, such as the Champagne villages, the Champagne tourist route and the voie verte, are just a few minutes away by car or bike.
To make your stay easier, we provide a private parking space with a charging point for electric vehicles (invoiced according to consumption). Free parking is also available in front of the house.
