Access to the owners' garage for use of the shared washing machine.
Private 800 mÂČ garden, garden furniture, barbecue, swing set, 2 bicycles available, on-site parking, and a motorcycle garage.
Fiber optic cable box and baby equipment: cot and high chair.
ChĂąteau de La Rochefoucauld, chocolate factory, and shops in the town center are 1.5 km away. A second chocolate factory and Charente slippers factory are less than 1 km away.
Le Chambon outdoor center is 20 km away. Mountain bike tour 16 on site. Located on the outskirts of town, the residential area is quiet. The cottage is located on the ground floor of the owners' 1970s house, with a separate entrance and a private garden. The owners live on the opposite side. Completely renovated, the interior soundproofing is very good.
