Private garden of 800m², garden furniture, barbecue, portico, 2 bicycles available, on-site parking and motorcycle garage.
Fiber box and baby equipment: bed, bathtub and high chair.
Château de La Rochefoucauld, chocolate factory and shops in the city center 1.5 km away. 2nd chocolate factory and Charentaise slippers factory less than 1 km away.
Chambon outdoor center 20km away. Mountain bike tour 16 on site.
Breakfasts on request (€8 / person). At the edge of the city, the residential environment is quiet. The cottage has been fitted out on the ground floor of the owners' 70s house, with a separate entrance and a private garden. The owners live on the opposite side. Completely renovated, the interior soundproofing is very good.
