You will stay in this charming town house, freshly and tastefully renovated, which will offer you all the comfort necessary for a pleasant stay in a very calm environment.
Free and easy parking in the immediate vicinity and SNCF train station 2.3 km away, accessible by direct bus.
On the ground floor of this 30 m2 house, you will find a comfortable living room with HD flat screen TV and wifi as well as a fully equipped open kitchen with Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, oven/microwave, hotplates, dishwasher, refrigerator and freezer. You can also use the washing machine.
Independent entrance opening onto a pretty courtyard furnished with table and chairs, planted with trees and shared with the charming couple of owners.
On the 1st floor, you will enjoy a pretty bedroom with a 140cm double bed, storage space and its bathroom with walk-in shower.
Optimal comfort is assured to you in this ready-to-live-in house. It will be prepared by the La Conciergerie de Laura team which provides you with: bed linen, towels, bath mats and tea towels, an eco-responsible welcome kit with essential products such as local oil and vinegar , salt, pepper, sugar, soap, toilet paper and a few coffee and tea capsules to start your stay.
