Adjoining another gîte, this cottage comprises a living room with a fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms (two double beds and a cot/travel cot), a shower room, a utility room, and a separate toilet. This is a non-smoking cottage. Amenities include a washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, TV, Wi-Fi, and microwave. Reversible air conditioning is provided. Bed linen is included. Towels and household linen are available as an optional extra. There is a private terrace with garden furniture and a barbecue. Chickens, a rooster, and pigeons roam near the cottage. Organic produce is produced and sold nearby. A second pet is permitted with the owner's prior consent; if approved, a supplement of €100 per week will be charged.
