Terrenave - Escource
Welcome to the hamlet of Terrenave, the perfect place to discover the charm of the forest or the beauty of the fine sandy beaches, just 30 minutes away. Located on a spacious shared plot with the owner, in the Landes forest, this gîte has been functionally furnished on the upper floor of the owner's house. You will access it via an external staircase. Don't wait any longer, come and enjoy its peace and quiet, and its covered ground-floor terrace, ideal for private barbecues. The gîte comprises 3 bedrooms (2 double beds, 2 single beds, and a cot), a living/dining room with a sofa, armchairs, and a TV area, a fully equipped kitchen (microwave, dishwasher, electric hob, oven), a shower room, and a separate WC. A washing machine and Wi-Fi access are also provided. Oil-fired central heating. Your pet must not be left alone in the cottage; please contact us if you have more than one pet. Fishing enthusiasts will find plenty to enjoy 1 km away in the river. On-site amenities include: pétanque, ping-pong table, and hammock. A small private garden is located below the cottage, but it is not fenced and overlooks the owner's shared garden. The owner's terrace is very discreet. The beach 30 minutes away,
