The Ocean Walk Condominium is a Historic Art Deco Property located on Ocean Drive in the quieter and more exclusive “South of Fifth” Neighborhood.

There are many Positive Reviews of this apartment over the past 10 years on other Vacation Rental Websites.

The Ocean Walk is one of the only reasonably priced, Direct Oceanfront Buildings between 1st and 15th Streets on Ocean Drive and available at a fraction of the cost of neighboring properties.

There is a very nice pool between the building and the beach and a Free Beach Pass for Beach Furniture on the beach. The apartment also provides Two Backpack Style Beach Chairs, Two Beach Towels, + One Beach Umbrella.

The Studio has a Kitchenette with a Full-Size Refrigerator, Combination Air Fryer/Toaster Oven; Microwave, Coffeemaker and most everything else needed for food and drink.

One Queen Bed with a Sealed Mattress…Private Full Bathroom/Walk-in Shower, Reliable/Fast WiFi, Large Flat Screen TV and Dining Table for 2.

Excellent stay! Come to South Beach every year now for a few years with my boyfriend. Lee was a great host, very accessible. Property was perfect for us, small size just what we needed. The location couldn’t be better right on the beach and the pool was fantastic too. Most importantly, very quiet at night and affordable for everything we got (ie, location on beach, chair/umbrella service, neat and tiday condo).

Excellent location-clean and host handled a few small issues that came up immediately! Beach chairs and umbrella are included. The pool yard was clean and chairs were available. I will definitely be back!

My daughter and I went to visit grad school and stayed here for the week. Great trip amd access to beach. Wonderful place to stay, we loved it.

Room a little smaller than what we thought. Low water pressure in the shower. Shower design tends to flood bathroom. Air conditioning wasn’t the best and had a musty smell.

Thank you for your feedback...Regarding specific comments, Water Pressure can vary depending on other apartment simultanoues use...Air Condition is fine, but can take a few minutes to cool and clear the air when it has been off for an extending time prior to guest arrival.

Immediately following the guest departure several updates were made...(Unfortunately we could not make them prior.) New Stove Top installed...Curtains were replaced with new Black Out Blinds...New Sofa replaced the older one.

Communication was great. The rental was one room, quite small and clean. Lots of towels. i had everything I needed. No view and window did not open, but the location was fantastic. Steps to a relatively quiet part of Miami Beach. Lounge chairs were included which was a big plus. This unit is basic, but it is on the beach which is why I rented it. I would possibly rent it again.

Perfect for couple get away

This property was more than expected, the location being in wonderful proximity to everything you’d need in a South beach experience. We enjoyed the pool, and being so close to the beach. Will definitely come here again. Also Lee was great to communicate with!

Pros: - room was very clean upon arrival - full size fridge, towels, smart tv, beach chairs - host was responsive - location is GREAT. Can walk to many places. - free washer & dryer on each floor Cons:- room gets very humid. The window doesn’t open.- no vent fan in bathroom & water pressure in the shower isn’t great. - washer & dryer units have a strong musty smell & have visible mold in the flaps. Just needs a good cleaning! Overall a great stay just needs a few updates!!

Thanks for the details...The Studio can be humid on arrival because the AC Temp is set high to save energy when vacant...Once on, the room is comfortable and not humid...Water pressure varies depending on use by other apartments...And the shared Washer/Dryer has been reported to Management who has confirmed they will make the necessary improvements.
