Great, fun place to stay! Comfortable home with plenty to do. We loved swimming off the dock and using the game room and theater at night. Can't wait to visit again!

Furniture needs replaced. The couches and dining room chairs need replaced. You sink and there’s no more cushion.Not as clean as it was 3 years ago.

Bottom line, we will be coming back to this place probably several times. This is a really cool house in a great location. One of the most remarkable things is the easy walk from the house to the boat dock. Lake of the Ozarks can be notorious for having troublesome access to the water for folks with limited mobility. The structure pretty much eliminates the issue.

This was our third summer staying here… another fantastic trip for our family. This house has it all and it’s such a peaceful cove but still has plenty of action with people driving by.

Great location Great house

We loved this place especially for our 2 families. The space was great. The dock was amazing and the movie theater was an awesome bonus! The area was beautiful and a great place to use our paddle boards.

Perfect family getaway

The property is absolutely perfect for multiple families wanting a nice stay at the Lake. The property is fully stocked with everything you need and exceptionally clean. We absolutely loved the house and the location and plan to rebook for next year!

Great place on the lake

Great weekend stay! House had more than enough room for a weekend away with friends and family. Was very updated and very clean! Outdoor space was great, the screened in porches were our favorite area. Cove was calm enough to hang out in the water all day. Will definitely return!

Memorial Day Trip

The property was perfect for our annual trip. Lots to do around the area. The house is very well equipped for any and all activities and very comfortable! The house and cove are gorgeous!!

Perfect House & Location!

As other reviewers have stated, the house is perfect from location to layout to included amenities! We felt like we were at home and already looking forward to coming back! Dock and cove are very calm for water activity and navigating boat!

We love this property in Rocky Mount. This is our second year bringing our family to stay here. The house is perfect for extended family. The dock and cove are excellent for fishing and swimming. We will definitely be back!
