Right in downtown Walnut Creek, this bright one-bedroom makes it easy to explore the city on foot, with your dog alongside. Restaurants, shops, and the Iron Horse Trail are all within walking distance, so you can get out and enjoy the area without spending your trip in the car. Pets stay free, no fees or deposits.

The apartment has a king bed, a remodeled kitchen with stainless steel appliances and quartz countertops, and a dedicated workspace with 400+ Mbps WiFi. The kitchen is fully stocked with cookware, utensils, and basics. There's a Roku Smart TV for streaming, shared laundry on-site, and keypad entry for flexible check-in. This is a first-floor unit with one step at the entry. One assigned outdoor parking space is included. The building has a shared courtyard with a BBQ grill, fire pit, and patio seating.

For your dog, the Iron Horse Trail is the highlight. It's a paved multi-use path nearby that stretches for miles through the East Bay, and it's great for walks. There are also several parks in the area. For you, Broadway Plaza has shopping and dining right around the corner, Trader Joe's is close for groceries, and there's no shortage of good restaurants within a few blocks. BART is nearby for trips to San Francisco, and Mt. Diablo is about 20 minutes for hiking.

Host was amazing and tended to all our needs. Place was clean and comfortable. Our apartment was within walking distance to downtown Walnut Creek. Convenient for shopping and dining. We rebooked this same rental for two years because we are very satisfied with our experience there

Nice Spot in Walnut Creek

Close to the 680 freeway in both directions, so it's easy to get around, but it's quiet when you're inside. You can walk to most everything; restaurants, and groceries. The unit has every little thing you could need (someone thought things through).

Lovely Place

I had a comfortable and pleasant stay in this apartment. I was especially pleased that pets are welcomed.The kitchen is well stocked with cooking tools. The tvs are of good viewing size and quality. The bed is comfortable and having control of the apartment’s temperature was a plus. This is the second time that I stay here. I think anyone would be pleased here.

15 Night Stay

Getting into the property was easy and parking was very close to the unit. I have to admit, the couch / chair were probably some of the most uncomfortable furniture we’ve ever sat on. However, the bed was super comfortable. If you need a dark room to sleep in, the bedroom lets in a ton of light in the mornings. Never figured out how to use the microwave. More than 1 kitchen towel would be helpful with a lengthy stay! When the unit above was rented, it was quite noisy but not much one can do about it. Did have to communicate with property manager during our stay - communication was very good
