We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves, the apartment had plenty of cupboard/wardrobe/drawer spaces. The neighbourhood was safe, friendly and lively.

Review

It was dirty inside, hair on the floor, dirt and dust behind the sofa cushions. No hooks for clothes. No rack for drying clothes.

Dear Nadezda, Thank you for your honest feedback. We sincerely apologize for the cleanliness issues you encountered during your stay, as this is certainly not the standard we strive for. While there is a washer-dryer at the apartment, we do not provide a clothes rack, but we will reconsider this. Thank you for bringing it to our attention. Despite these issues, we're pleased to hear that you found our check-in process satisfactory and that our staff's communication and location met your expectations. We're always looking for ways to improve our service, and your review has provided us with valuable insights. We hope you'll give us another chance to provide a better experience in the future. Schöne Wohnung in guter Lage.., ABER:
