Nice apartment in a very pleasant neighborhood. The apartment was well equipped and had everything needed for a few days’ stay. Services (supermarkets, bakery, metro and bus) very close by. The owners were attentive at all times. With the metro (lines 6 and 8) you have a direct connection to the main tourist sites. Without a doubt, I would stay in this apartment again on my next visit. Highly recommended, 100%

New Year in París

We spent five days in Paris in Vincent and Severine's apartment. The place is very modern and custom furnished. I'd say a little bit small if you travel with two teenagers and with big suitcases but it has everything you need. The bed is very comfortable and the sofa bed as well.It is well located as it's only three minutes from the metro station and then after 20 minutes you can be on most of Paris landmarks.Vincent helped us to book a driver to take us from Gare du Nord to the apartment, and that made our journey so more easier.We enjoyed our time in Paris and we can't recomend it enough.

Close to the Metro

Vincent is great at communication. However, checking in was hard as we needed WiFi to get a hold of him as not all the details of the check-in process were sent to us prior to the day of arrival. The entrance into the apartment is coming in right off the sidewalk and right into the living area. The place was cleaned but not fully cleaned. The dishes in the cupboard had food still in them. The sofa had bed sheets with hair and old stains on them. Towels smelled musty and were not soft. WiFi didn't work upon arrival, someone did fix it immediately. There was a smell in the apartment (musty) that didn't go away. We were told it was the washing machine not being used but after the machine was ran, it still smelled. Overall, small place that was a bit expensive and could have been more clean.

Nous vous avons autorisé à entrer dans l'appartement avec un check in anticipé juste après la sortie des précédents voyageurs, c'est pour cela que l'appartement n'était pas encore propre. L'appartement a été parfaitement nettoyé par la suite. Vous vous êtes plainte d'une "odeur". Jamais aucun vacancier ne s'est plaint de mauvaises odeurs dans l'appartement. Nous avons cherché et trouvé aucune raison. Nous avons même fait tourner la machine à laver et vider tous les siphons de l’appartement pour être sûr à 100% qu'il n'y ai aucune odeur désagréable. La communication est essentiel, cela fait partie de la bonne qualité du service. Nous sommes très réactif et cela fonctionne très bien habituellement. Cependant, il est important que le voyageur prenne aussi connaissance des messages.

Très bon sejour

Appartement très agréable, propre et suffisamment spacieux pour une famille de 4 personnes. Le quartier est calme et les commerces sont proches. La station de métro est à 2 minutes à pieds, il permet de rallier la tour Eiffel ou les champs Elysées en 30 minutes environ. Merci à Vincent qui a toujours été très réactif à nos messages et très arrangeant. Nous recommanderons ce logement à nos proches sans hésitation !

Super appartement, perfect place!

L'appartement est génial tout est neuf! Il est très pratique et calme. Il est très bien placé. C'est très facile de se déplacer vers toutes les attractions. La literie est de très bonne qualité. Vincent était présent. Il était à l'heure et nous a bien conseillé.
